Elias was phenomenal! Communication was great and we had no trouble finding him. He took us all the way around the island, he was very knowledgeable, asked us what we wanted to see and where we did and didn’t want to stop. We stopped at the chocolate factory and the Roatan sign, plus Gumbalimba park - which may be our favorite excursion ever!! Everyone was friendly and the monkeys were a bucket list item for us.
Thank you so much for your review! We’re very happy you enjoyed your experience with Elias. We hope to see you again soon in Roatán! Lets Go Roatan Tours
It's an hour bus ride from the cruise port. It's not a fun ride. They give you a key to a locker and my husband guess that all the keys opened all the lockers, we don't know. The first 40 minutes of the tour is fine if you are an anthropologist and want to have a history lesson. The part with the birds and monkeys is about 20 minutes and great. They aren't supposed to let you hold the birds anymore but they do. And the monkey pix are fun, too. It's ok. Then you board the bus for the beach and lunch. Lunch is skimpy and not all that good. So don't go for the food. They give you a skimpy cup of weak lemonade or water. The beach is nice but the seaweed is cringeworthy. It clings to your feet. The snorkeling is too far out to see anything unless you do a tour or are a good swimmer. The water temp was lovely that day. I wans't all that impressed and would not return.
Book with us directly next time; it's a better experience. We would like to clarify that this booking was made through the cruise ship, and those tours typically follow a fixed schedule with larger groups and bus transportation, which can limit the overall experience. When guests book directly with us, we provide a much more personalized service — including private transportation, flexible timing, and a more relaxed pace so you can fully enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help future travelers understand the difference in tour options. Our goal is always to deliver a high-quality, enjoyable experience, and we would love the opportunity to provide you with a better one in the future. Had a great time here at the park. There were no cruise ships so it was just 3 of us with our tour guide. He as well as the animal caretaker (campucine monkeys/mackay’s) were very informative about the islands history and the animals care. A lot of fun photos with the monkey and birds in the backdrop. Well worth the excursion

What a great place. Our guide told us all about the trees, the animals and the fauna. The birds were amazing, I could sit and watching Humming birds all day. The white faced monkeys were a delete as were the Macaws. We even say a Cinnamon tree and had the chance to smell the living bark. Plus the cannon ball tree.
Thank you for visiting! We're thrilled you enjoyed the wildlife, birds, monkeys, macaws, and trees with us. !!! Josue Elias Mejia Let's Go Roatan Tours
Elias, my tour guide and owner of Let's Go Roatan Tours, picked me up with his wife and son in the car. It was a pleasure meeting the whole family. While we drove to the park, elias pointed out various sights and gave me a history of the island. At the park there was another tour guide. He also gave a talk on the history of the island. We were introduced to the white faced Capuchin monkeys and macaws. You can have the monkeys and birds sit on you if you like. I declined but others in my group enjoyed it. Overall, this was a pleasant excursion.

Great guides to get to park (Let's Go Roatan Tours) and in the park. We saw a monkey and macaw during the zipline and several during the park tour. Everyone was friendly and ensured a great experience. The communication beforehand, to coordinate the excursion, was perfect.

What a great day. We booked this before we left home for our Carribbean cruise as something to do on Roatan, Honduras and what a find it was. Apparently it's low season in November and we had the place to ourselves., with our own one to one guide Henry who was excellent. Informative, interesting, hands on with the parrots and monkeys it was a truly memorable visit and one we will remember for a long time.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience! We’re so glad you enjoyed visiting during the quiet season and had Henry as your one-on-one guide. The parrots and monkeys are always memorable, and we’re happy your day in Roatán was unforgettable. We appreciate you choosing us! Let's Go Roatan Tours
