Votre voyage à Auschwitz commencera par une prise en charge à un endroit préalablement déterminé à Cracovie dans un hôtel ou un appartement ou à notre point de rencontre. Le trajet de Cracovie à Auschwitz dure environ 1h30. Informations sur votre heure de prise en charge, vous obtiendrez un jour avant le voyage.
À votre arrivée à Auschwitz, vous rencontrerez votre guide. Ensemble, vous entrerez dans le musée et en moins de 2 heures de marche il vous montrera l'un des endroits les plus sombres de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Lors de votre visite à cet endroit, vous verrez : la porte "Arbeit mach frei", la dernière chambre à gaz qui a survécu et de nombreuses expositions avec des photos et des restes de prisonniers
Après la pause, le chauffeur vous conduira au deuxième camp, Auschwitz II Birkenau. Vous retrouverez votre guide devant le portail d'entrée. Pendant plus d'une heure de marche, votre guide vous montrera le deuxième camp, qui était le plus grand camp de concentration construit par les nazis. Dans ce camp, vous verrez : "Death Gate" avec les voies menant au camp, la rampe de déchargement où arrivaient les trains avec les prisonniers, les ruines des chambres à gaz et des crématoires, le monument aux victimes de l'Holocauste et les bâtiments où les prisonniers vivait.
Une fois la visite terminée, le chauffeur vous déposera à votre hôtel / auberge / appartement à Cracovie.

- TRANSPORT : Pour le transport, nous utilisons des minibus et des mini-fourgonnettes. La durée du trajet dépend des conditions météorologiques et routières, elle peut donc être prolongée.
- VISITE : Le musée d'Auschwitz-Birkenau attire quotidiennement de nombreux visiteurs. Explorer à votre rythme n’est peut-être pas réalisable en raison du volume élevé de visiteurs. Il est essentiel de maintenir un comportement approprié et respectueux dans les camps. Le code vestimentaire est chic et décontracté, reflétant la solennité du lieu. Les activités telles que manger, fumer et les comportements bruyants sont strictement interdites dans les locaux du musée.
- PICKUP : Quelques hôtels à Cracovie sont situés dans des zones à circulation limitée. Votre prise en charge sera organisée depuis le point accessible le plus proche et vous recevrez une notification.

- TAILLE DU SAC : Veuillez noter que l'entrée au musée d'Auschwitz-Birkenau n'est pas autorisée avec de grands sacs ou sacs à dos. La taille maximale autorisée est de 30 cm x 20 cm x 10 cm. Vous pouvez laisser vos bagages en toute sécurité dans votre voiture, qui sera verrouillée lors de votre visite.
- DÉJEUNER : Le déjeuner n’est pas inclus dans le forfait. Veuillez noter qu'au parking, seuls des distributeurs automatiques de collations sont disponibles, le restaurant étant actuellement en construction.
- SÉCURITÉ : Préparez-vous à subir un contrôle de sécurité, similaire aux procédures aéroportuaires, avant d'entrer dans le musée d'Auschwitz-Birkenau.
- MÉTÉO : Nos opérations se déroulent quelles que soient les conditions météorologiques. Vous passerez jusqu'à 70 % de votre temps dehors, notamment à Auschwitz II-Birkenau. Nous vous conseillons donc de vous habiller en fonction de la météo et d'apporter de l'eau, surtout les jours ensoleillés.
- ENFANTS : Les enfants doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte et des sièges bébé sont disponibles pour les plus jeunes. En raison du caractère potentiellement traumatisant de la visite du musée d'Auschwitz-Birkenau, nous recommandons aux visiteurs d'avoir au moins 13 ans.

Well worth the visit, found it very moving and thought provoking However our driver Adam was continuously on his phone from moment he collected us to The end of trip. There was no information about the activity on route just that it would take 1 hr 20 Mins to get there !

A lot of walking and very fast paced. Someone commented they didn’t even have time to tie their shoe lace

The transport, driver and tour guide were excellent . I was kept well informed in advance of the visit . Just disappointed that we originally booked a 9 am pick up which changed to 5.30 am .

The communication leading up to tour was excellent - we received regular text messages and communication about what to expect, travel to our destination, and we pre-ordered lunch from our driver - all best in class. What we were not expecting was to be "herded" in a very large group with other tourists with differing walking capabilities. The tour guide walked extremely fast and did not check in/wait for the full group. She was also hard to understand in English, and she did not seem to understand the needs of those on her tour, not did she seem to care about our understanding her or our comfort. My recommendations are that guests are offered a slower or faster walking tour group and that native English speakers provide feedback to the tour guide.

The driver picked us up at our hotel, he gave us information during the journey about what to expect and timings for the tour, the guide Anna was excellent, such passion for what she does, the information she passed on to us and the way she told the story was brilliant.
