Description

We had an absolutely magical immersion day in Varanasi thanks to our exceptional guide RAKESH, whom we recommend wholeheartedly. With great professionalism, he speaks very good French, which made our exchanges smooth and engaging. Particularly thoughtful and attentive, he was able to anticipate our every need to help us discover the city in complete serenity. His golden patience and listening skills allowed us to experience this intense journey at our own pace. It is a rare gem for experiencing the magic of Varanasi under the best conditions! RAKESH was able to anticipate even the smallest of our needs (managing the pace, breaks, safety, water bottles). He knows Varanasi like the back of his hand. His explanations were captivating, rich in history and anecdotes, allowing us to understand the entire complexity of the city without ever feeling lost. Thank you again, RAKESH, for this day etched in our memories!
We were fortunate to discover Varanasi alongside Rakesh, and we can say without hesitation that he is among the best guides we have encountered. Passionate and very professional, he introduced us to this fascinating city through its history, traditions, and many captivating anecdotes about the gods and local culture. The day's program was perfectly organized: a boat ride at sunrise on the Ganges, exploring the old city, visiting temples, and immersing ourselves in the unique atmosphere of Varanasi. Thanks to his explanations and kindness, this experience was much more than just a guided tour. We recommend Rakesh without any hesitation to anyone who wishes to discover Varanasi in an authentic and enriching way.
The best experience I had on a guided tour in India (fun and safe). It was really the highlight of my stay in Varanasi. I had a great time with Rakesh, I learned so much about the city and also about Hinduism and Indian culture in general. It was just exciting. I recommend 1000%. And congratulations on his level of French!
If you pass through Vanarasi, I can only strongly suggest that you reserve your first day with Rakesh to make you discover and better understand this city Disconcerting. We started our day at about 6 a.m. on a large boat on the waters of the sacred river watching the faithful do their ablutions, live the sun rising over the city Holy and feel the gentle wind on our skin. We will then discover the alleys of the city, the most beautiful view of the city of the terrace of a mosque, drink Chai Masala with the inhabitants of Varasani, say hello to a Sacred cow leaving a house and we are taken to a secret underground temple. Throughout our walk, Rakesh’s explanations and stories, in a French impeccable, bring to life what we visit Rakesh seems to know everyone. The stop at the cremation site on the banks of the Ganges (highlight of the day) deserves the visit. The explanations filled with respect and kindness make this moment unforgettable. Finally, the great places that Rakesh found us for Ganga Aarti that night were the icing on the cake! If you want to fully experience your stay in Vanarasi, I can only invite you to book the services of Rakesh to make your time spent in the holy city unforgettable.
I really enjoyed the visit with Rakesh. He is fluent in French and knows his city well. He will answer all your questions. He is quiet, quiet and very respectful. You are in good hands to discover the beautiful city of Varanasi. For my part, I enjoyed taking a guide in my native language to understand all the subtleties of this place.
Great day with Rakesh. He speaks very good French and is kind I appreciated the way he explained the history of Varanasi and the Indu culture. This allows you to better understand the city especially if you stay a few days like me. I wasn't bored of the whole exit at all.
After a very warm welcome, Rakesh takes us to the docks of the goddess Ganges, where he explains Hindu rituals. After going by boat on the river, he will explain the Hindu religion and tell us about the ritual of cremation that we will see in the evening. Rakesh took us on a tour of his city, which he knows by heart. He speaks French very well. So if you need a guide, feel free to contact Rakesh it is really top!
