Description

This is the perfect day for those wanting to visit Xochimilco without taking the party cruise. Constanta was amazing, she had lots of local and historical knowledge. People in our group said it was the best tour they had ever taken. Visiting the sanctuary of the axolotl (spelling?) made this a 6 star day!!
This was the best tour we’ve ever gone on. We took our three kids aged 11, 14 and 16 and all three of them wouldn’t stop saying how much fun it was! Connie and her crew we so lovely and knowledgeable. Their care and pride for the history of the area shone through. They Meade every part of this trip fun too. From breakfast in a beautiful cafe, to buying produce in the Mercado and making our lunch on the boat and of course seeing the axolotol sanctuary were all so special. Thank you for making this part of our trip meaningful and fun for all!! Would recommend to everyone.
What an amazing way to kick off our stay in Mexico City. Connie is the best! My whole family felt welcome and were treated to a wonderful tour with history, visiting the local markets, preparing our meal on the trajineras, nature...it was wonderful! We couldn't have asked for a better host with her knowledge, passion, and warmth. My kids said this was one of the best parts of our trip and would recommend this 'experience' to anyone!
We had a wonderful experience with Connie! She has great knowledge about the area and the history, speaks very good English and truly cares about making the boat tour through this special ecosystem fun, authentic, fair and sustainable. Had a great time and would absolutely recommend booking it with Connie!
This tour was wonderful! Elena was very knowledgeable about the local history and her English was very good. The market was a great experience, all the produce was very fresh and the food we made was amazing as a result. The canals were almost empty which created a serene atmosphere that made the tour very enjoyable.
This experience was amazing from start to finish. Constanza was super communicative beforehand, which made everything feel easy and intentional. Shopping for the ingredients together before getting on the boat was such a thoughtful touch. She was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job sharing history while still giving us time to fully take in the scenery and atmosphere. The food we made was delicious, and for most of the tour we were the only ones on the canal, which made it feel extra special and peaceful. Highly recommend.
Thank you very much LaCher for taking the time to leave a review. I'm glad you enjoy it.
