Notre circuit inverse primé au départ de Melbourne vous emmène dans une aventure sauvage et merveilleuse le long de la Great Ocean Road – à reculons ! Ça veut dire plus de sites, moins de monde, et beaucoup plus de plaisir. Nous commençons les choses en nous dirigeant directement à l'intérieur des terres vers les douze apôtres – vue imprenable et lumière fraîche du matin parfaite pour les photos. De là, nous explorons la superbe côte des naufrages, en atteignant les gorges du Loch Ard, le Rasoir, les marches Gibson et, bien sûr, les apôtres emblématiques. Ensuite, nous changeons de vitesse et nous nous dirigeons vers la nature avec une promenade paisible dans la forêt tropicale à travers des arbres centenaires et imposants. Au retour, nous traversons la côte à travers de charmantes villes comme Apollo Bay et Lorne. Et oui – nous garantissons l’observation de koalas sauvages, ainsi qu’une bonne chance d’apercevoir des kangourous rebondir dans la brousse. Donc, si vous êtes à la recherche d'une aventure décontractée, pleine d'animaux sauvages et digne de photos qui évite le stress et double le plaisir - c'est la visite pour vous.

Une pause thé le matin, alors que nous voyageons à l'intérieur des terres le matin et allons directement de Melbourne aux 12 apôtres, c'est juste une pause pour acheter du café/petit-déjeuner (à vos frais)
Voyage à l'intérieur des terres le matin et allez directement aux 12 apôtres. Arrivez tôt, battez les foules de l’après-midi et profitez de ces magnifiques formations calcaires alors que la ville est encore calme et paisible.
Descendez et marchez sur cette plage incroyable. Laissez-vous éclipser par les falaises verticales de 70 mètres de haut et émerveillez-vous devant Gog et Magog, les surnoms donnés aux énormes piles de calcaire s'élevant de la mer.
C'est la formation calcaire la plus impressionnante de la région, les vues sont à couper le souffle !
Laissez-vous surprendre par ces deux attractions à couper le souffle lors de cet arrêt: - The Loch Ard Gorge - l'histoire tragique et incroyablement belle de l'un des naufrages les plus célèbres d'Australie. Promenez-vous sur la plage et sentez-vous nain devant les magnifiques falaises de calcaire et de grès - Le Razorback - la formation la plus impressionnante de cette côte naufragée
Traversez cet incroyable parc national, abritant certains des arbres les plus hauts d'Australie
Voyagez le long de la côte sur cette route côtière la plus étonnante d'Australie !
Traverser le parc national et regarder passer ces trois anciens
Une promenade de 20 minutes dans la forêt tropicale pour admirer certains des paysages de forêt tropicale les plus étonnants d'Australie au parc national Great Otway, où vous vous sentirez vraiment connecté à la nature.
Arrêtez-vous pour déjeuner dans cette ville côtière animée et cool de la Surf Coast de Victoria. Le guide vous recommandera quelques options de restaurants, dégustera des plats frais avant de commencer la deuxième partie de la journée.
Essayez de repérer les koalas des marsupiaux et prenez également des photos des perroquets à ventre orange qui traînent dans les parages

We chose Hit the Road tours because they offered a smaller vehicle and hotel pick up with the premium tour option. I was a little apprehensive about doing a tour due to a recently acquired disability. Our guide, Peter, was very patient and accommodating, he did everything he could to make sure I could see the sights, including arranging a wheelchair with the visitor's centre at The Twelve Apostles. The day started early with a stop at a fabulous little cafe at Winchelsea to grab a coffee and snack. We then headed towards The Twelve Apostles via the Loch Ard Gorge. During the trip, Peter gave some entertaining and informative commentary, without going overboard. He also took us to see wild kangaroos and koalas. A late lunch stop was made at Apollo Bay where Peter made a number of restaurant and cafe recommendations. Peter's driving was smooth and the schedule was busy, but not at all rushed We would happily do a another tour with Hit the Road tours in the future.

It was an amazing tour, we saw many beautiful beaches and places. We also saw many animals like kangaroos, koalas and different kinds of birds. Our tour guide was Glenn who a fantastic guide, he was very friendly and funny, he also toured us around while talking about very interesting facts and all. Overall, I think this tour was very good and I would totally come again! 10/10

We had a fantastic time on the Hit the Road tour! Chris was an excellent guide and a very skilled driver.
