Very nice hotel, with a good location close to everything. The room was spacious, impeccable, with high-quality bedding. The breakfast was very complete and the staff serving it were very friendly and attentive to everything, and the place was spacious and very well decorated. What was missing was staff at the reception who spoke Spanish, which made communication a bit difficult.
When we were in the Amsterdam airport, we realized that our voucher said that Viator was picking us up at the hotel Borsa, and taking us to the airport....when the reverse was neededf. We got ahold of an agent...finally, and was told that it was a typed error, and that Viator was on schedule to pick us up at the airport.....Whew...
