A trip of a lifetime

An absolute must! One in a lifetime experiences! I would opt for the non vip experience, only difference is more food (cold tacos), light margaritas. Everything else is the same.

It was a fun experience...

It was a fun experience although I wish the ziplines were longer and the atv route could have been more extended. Great hospitality and food!

meh 3-1. Just pick 1 and spend the money somewhere else.

Mehhh. Anyone who has done proper ziplining, cenotes, or ATVs, this is a great way to have a MID experience doing all 3 ! Cenote was cool ish, but man made (cement) and thus very gross water. Zip lining was pretty lame, but maybe okay if you’re scared of heights and want something very tame lol!! Was told by a zipline staff member I shouldn’t be in Mexico if I don’t know Spanish… that’s kinda crazy imo but whatever (I know poquito Español). Atv was actually lame! Like so bad 😂. I made some friends there though, and being solo travelling in Playa Del Carmen, I’m still happy I did this rather than a day of nothing in the hotel. I would recommend spending the same amount of money, or more, on just one of the three activities, instead of thinking you’re getting some insane value. Didn’t tip and they tracked me down while I was eating and asked me if I was sure I didn’t want to tip. Like crazy though tip what ?? You’re the guy telling me the order of the stations?? If tip is expected they should just include a mandatory extra free. During lunch friend beside me had their sever sneak an extra drink onto the bill, but he caught it. We also stayed at the food and drink place wayyy to long like 1.5 hours so people would keep getting more drinks, tad annoying. Wouldn’t do again, but if you really don’t have a lot of plans you could do it I guess, just don’t have crazy high hopes! Or if you haven’t ever done and of the 3 actives maybe it will be better.

Herded like cattle for a conveyor belt experience

There's countless tours for basically the same thing so it's hard to pick one just based on description. This one seemed to have good reviews and no hidden fees. Pickup at the hotel went smooth however some hotel entrances were very difficult for the driver to find which made our travel time a bit longer. It wasn't clear we were just being dropped off at an "adventure center" but evidently this tour is run by them and it's a conveyor belt of tourism. We confusedly got into line after being kicked out of the van with no instructions and just kind of figured it as we went. They shuffled us along the line and pointed off into the distance and said "go over there it's about to start" but it was never clear where they wanted us to go. There's so many areas for the gazillion different groups to go in, and the staff is just constantly moving us along. You have to pay for a locker, it is not optional. They do not let you carry your camera or any belongings on the ATV or zipline--then they try to sell you a $100 picture package. I was sad to not be able to take any photos along the way even though I was just a passenger on the ATV. The ATV were super rickety, I saw at least 5 different ones that just turned off including mine right after beginning. One guys ATV accelerated uncontrollably and he crashed into the side of my friend, they had to physically turn the engine off to get it to stop! They didn't even ask my friend if she was ok, thank God she moved her leg or it would have been hit by him. The cenote was nice and refreshing but there's just SO many groups there, you're just splashing on top of each other for barely any time then they make you get out to move on to the next thing. The ziplines were very basic, fun if it's your first time but blah if you've done any others. They don't let you do anything fun or adventurous, it's just one after the other move along next next next. And there's no brake device on the line so you're literally just crashing into the poor guy at the end for him to stop you. They make you do a tequila sales pitch and tasting at the beginning, then at the end you're shuffled into a big area with tons of people for your two tacos and a dance show. Then the dancers come around and ask for tips. Alan our guide was nice and fun, hard to understand with how fast he speaks and all the noise around us. It was hard to follow where he would tell us to go and some of our group got caught up with a different group bc they thought they needed to turn left instead of right. At the end he did his spiel about tips and had a donation box, but then he came to every single person with his box like church offering! No one likes to be coerced into tipping, and the solicitations at this place are pretty excessive. With drive to/from and everything we were gone a total of 7.5 hrs

Awful Experience

Terrible. We had booked transport and a confirmed pickup time for 1:30pm. Then the morning of, maybe 4 hours before departure they told us the transfer would leave at 12pm (we had other plans in the morning so we would not have made 12pm), and it was not only until I requested a private transfer that cost an additional 150$ USD that we could get closer to our confirmed 1:30pm time but we still could only get a 12:40 pick up time. Already off to a terrible start. Once we arrived they tried up- sell us with everything charging an additional 60$ USD for a ‘VIP’ experience which was nearly just as crowed and we didn’t see any real additional benefits that they promised us, other than some extra tacos at the end of the day. We were then waiting for transfers back from the cenotes for nearly 15 minutes after our guide told us the transfer had arrived so we had left the restaurant and waiting in the side of the road in the heat for no reason! We then got back to the centre and got told our transport would arrive in 10 minutes. Low and behold we were stuck waiting over 40 minutes for our transfer to arrive! Then when the driver did arrive it was so poorly organised trying to get out. There were hundreds of people trying to get out of one small doorway. Would not recommend booking with this company at all. Avoid them like the plague

Hi Jake, First of all, we sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. This is certainly not the impression we strive to leave with our guests. We would like the opportunity to investigate what happened, especially regarding the transportation. Our tour start times are 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM, so all scheduled pickups are arranged before those times. Based on your review, it appears there may have been a communication issue that we’d like to better understand. WORST MONEY GRAB EXCURSION

Worst money grab experience ever. As soon as we arrived they pushed us to get VIP tickets and we had to tell them no multiple times before they accepted us declining. Each my activity had another push to spend more money. The basic admission would have been a great experience if we didn’t get asked every time to spend more. We spend about 8 hours total on this experience but drive time was 2 hours each way because they had so many people in the vans to drop off and pick up. We were only 45 minutes from the park but all the drop off and pick up added up to almost 2 hours to start and end the day. Totally time in the park was about 4 hours but the activities only totaled about 2 hours. Lee did like our tour guide though. He was nice. The ATVs were AWFUL! Multiple people in our good had their break down, they are held together by zip ties and the ride was just a dirt loop that we drove on for 3 laps, maybe 150m total. Please find somewhere else!

Amazing day out

Amazing from start to finish-just book it. Such good value and such fun! Yes some of the reviews have some valid points but never did I feel unsafe despite some older beaten ATV’s. All the staff were amazing and Nacho was very funny. Don’t hesitate.
