Le chauffeur viendra vous chercher à l'endroit de votre choix. Après environ 1 heure 30 de route, vous arriverez à Oswiecim. Après une courte pause, vous commencerez la première partie de votre visite. Il durera environ 2 heures. Ensuite, après quelques minutes de temps libre, vous serez emmené par votre chauffeur visiter la deuxième partie du musée - Birkenau. À Birkenau, la visite dure généralement environ 1 heure. Le chauffeur vous ramènera ensuite à Cracovie. Veuillez noter que l'heure de prise en charge peut changer en raison de la disponibilité de guides au musée. I'd definitely recommend this tour overall. The transport was well organised, and visiting Auschwitz was an incredibly moving and important experience. My only advice would be to book an earlier tour if possible. We were picked up at 2pm, and the visit felt a little rushed. We ended up being among the last people in the museum, and staff were preparing to close the site, which meant we didn't feel we had as much time to reflect as we would have liked. I'd also recommend choosing a tour that includes a guide throughout the museum. We had a guide on the coach and for the first part of the visit, but then we were left to explore on our own, trying to remember everything we'd been told. Having a guide with us for the whole experience would have made it much more meaningful. Auschwitz is an incredibly important historical place, and for most people it's somewhere they'll only visit once. I'd suggest making the most of it by choosing an early start and a fully guided tour if you can. Despite these points, we're very glad we went, and I'd still recommend this tour.
Our tour guide (Michael) was very knowledgeable and willing and able to discuss very difficult topics. His English was perfect with hardly a trace of an accent. Also, the driver communicated with us exactly when he would arrive and kept us all on track. Great tour over all.
Marek was great, very knowledgeable. He spoke in a very respectful manner and did not rush throughout the visit. It was very well organized tour.
We had a private driver to and from Auschwitz as well as private guide. Janek our driver and Cecilia our guide were both very professional and engaging. Driver picked up at hotel and returned to hotel although if we had wanted a different drop off he could have accommodated. Very moving experience. Highly recommend
Janek, the driver and tour operator was great. He was pleasant and informative. My only issue was the tour I signed up for had a start time of 8 am. Apparently, that is the time the tour in Auschwitz begins, not the pick up time which is 2 hours before. Then, the day before I got a message that the time was changed to 7:30 am and the pick up time was 5:30 am. We were not prepared to be ready so early in the morning. Other than that, everything was fine, except being quite expensive.
No words for this one really, other than to say everyone without exception should do this once. Janek, our driver, did a first-rate job, collecting and bringing us back on time, with helpful but unintrusive comments on some of the things we saw on the way there and back.
Driver & guide outstanding. Hard to describe an experience like this as enjoyable but the story of such suffering and horror was beautifully delivered, and the knowledge level was second to none.
We had an excellent tour to Auschwitz and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków. The transfer and tour was very well organized, punctual and ran smoothly. A special thank you to Inga, who was an incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and friendly driver throughout the afternoon. She made us feel comfortable from the moment we were picked up, ensured everything ran smoothly, and was always happy to help with any questions or requests. Her warm personality and positive attitude really added to the experience. The transportation was comfortable, communication was excellent, and the overall service exceeded our expectations.
Well organized and good guide
Was able to book this with only 2 days notice after another operator cancelled on us as we were boarding the plane to Krakow. Excellent communication and professionalism ensured the tour proceeded without a hitch.
