8D, 7N tour. Safe drivers, quality hotels and excellent customer service when we encountered a small issue with one of the suppliers. Vans had good tires (we checked). Greenway customized the itinerary to our group. We didn't get the details of what was happening when until we arrived in Costa Rica, which made this travel planner uneasy, but it all turned out fine.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic trip! We chose a 9D/8N adventure tour and adjusted it to 11 days/ 10 nights. We found Greenway tours to be accommodating and well organized and their guides were amazing: friendly and super well informed. The tours that were outsourced were also high quality. We were occasionally on private tours or in small groups. We went to Tortuguero, Arenal /La Fortuna, Monteverde, and Manuel Antonio. Each place was unique and we saw an incredible amount of wildlife. This is where a guided tour is invaluable for spotting a whole range of creatures and explaining everything about their lives and importance etc. We would have missed so much without an expert there! Greenways is a fantastic option if you want to see Costa Rica without having to drive yourself or have the headache of organizing all the accommodation and entrance tickets separately. We felt that we were in safe hands all the way! We would definitely choose Greenway again.

We had a school function and used Greenway Nature Tours. From the time we got to the Airport in San Jose, Costa Rica up until the last day of being on a boat Josue and Geiner were great! They made sure we got to enjoy the tours included in our package and took us to a variety of places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One thing that could have been nice would have been more variety for the meals. By the last day, we were there for 8 days and 7 nights, we had grown tired of the same options. There were a few different options on the last two days, but still only 3 or 4 items to select from.

Greenway tours was amazing and made our Costa Rica trip truly magical! We wanted to plan a private tour with another family (5 kids amongst the two families), and Mario worked closely with us to develop an itinerary that met all of our wish lists - even customizing parts of the tour for smaller groups as needed. We were met at the airport by our wonderful guide Alberto and driver Eugene, who stayed with us the entire week and made sure everything was safe and smooth. Alberto is incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife of Costa Rica and made sure to share a ton of great information with us and the kids. Eugene made sure we were safe on a lot of smaller and winding roads - we were so glad we did not drive ourselves! They were both incredibly friendly and wonderful traveling companions for our group. I especially appreciated their patience and attention to the kids, whether it was stopping for a snack or showing them a wild animal outside of our bus window! All of the tours arranged for us were fantastic: waterfall hike, sloth sighting, canyoning, ziplining, chocolate tour and so on... We packed a lot into a week but it truly felt like we got to know Costa Rica and enjoy so much. I would highly recommend working with Mario and Greenway on your Costa Rica adventure!

The guided Tour was very impressiv! Red Aras, Monkeys, Frogs and Crocodiles we could even touch... !
