Didn’t seem too organized and the sound system was sub par. Difficult to hear anything she said. Also got pushed back so we had less time gerring to our next tour. Also communication on meeting point not clear enough.
Such a fun tour. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. The length was just right and seeing David was incredible.

Very informative. Tour guide was very knowledgeable. I forget her name, but I remember her saying she was from Belarus.

What a delightful tour! Alex was such a wonderful guide and historian. She was so informative and engaging as she told the history of Michealengalo, The David, and of the other artisans of The Renaissance. Molte grazie!

Terrible experience! Tour left office 20 minutes late. We had a 9:45am tour. Once we got to the Accademia, we had to wait before getting tickets. Then, we missed our 9:45 am window. We finally got in the 10:15am line. Mind you, they tell you to show up 20 minutes before. Once we got in line, we couldn’t go into the museum because we had too many people for the tour. My ticket was at 9:45am and I had been waiting since 9:25 / 9:30am. We had a hard stop in an hour. The tour was only supposed to last an hour. We ended up leaving because they were still waiting to get in. Once we got in, I was told we were going to get a new tour guide. We waited and waited. Finally, we had in our headsets and we left. In totally, we waited about an hour for nothing. We didn’t have the 1-hour tour because there was a challenge with the number of people. There was a challenge with the original tour guide. I don’t know what was going on with this company. Save your money and time. Skip this tour!
Our tour guide Alex was just fantastic! Very prepared, nice and passionate — thanks to her we had an unforgettable experience. We recommend your tour 100%! Book it with Italy Pass, you won’t regret it! 🇮🇹✨
This was quick way to access the gallery. We had a great experience with Italy Pass. Very well organised, everyone was very helpful and I would highly recommend it to others.
It was excellent. Tour guide very knowledgeable & friendly. Worth paying for the skip the line entrance as the crowds were huge
We extend our sincere gratitude for your booking with Italy Pass and are most appreciative of your positive feedback. We take considerable pride in contributing to your experience in Florence.
We were pleased to be given the tour by our guide Martina, who was knowledgeable and showed a keen interest in her subject; in addition we were fortunate that the Museum of Musical Instruments within the Accademia was open when we visited, without additional charge, and Martina was also able to speak to us about the artefacts we saw there. Thoroughly recommend.
Thank you for choosing Italy Pass. We are honored to be part of your Florence experience!
My family and I had a great tour. It was easy to find our tour guide and we barely waited in line. Our group was about 15-20 people that included kids but we all felt included. There was plenty of time to take pictures in front of the statue of David.
Thank you for choosing Italy Pass. We are honored to be part of your Florence experience!
