Great time seeing the Florence countryside. Make sure you have some experience with motorcycles, scooters and can drive an automatic Vespa in advance. It’s about 1.5 hours of driving the Vespa. Rest of time is riding bus to location, safety check and lunch. Guides are great.
Amazing experience along the Florence and Tuscany countryside. Gabrielle was an awesome guide and appreciate Alex helping along the way!
Definitely worth the money! Chris was such a great tour guide, easygoing, fun, and always helpful when you need help along the way. One of my best experiences in Florence!

The employees were great and made sure you felt comfortable on the Vespa. Perfect amount of time and got to see a lot more, since our time in Florence was short.

Taking this tour was such a rewarding change of pace from walking around city center. The tour took a big chunk of time - don't plan train/plane tickets for "just after" this tour. You end up walking (as a group) from the meet up spot to a bus. We took the bus out to the Vespa garage. ***The tour description says "Vespa experience is preferred" for a reason. Driving a Vespa isn't as easy as it looks. They give you a Vespa driving test to see if you are comfortable driving a Vespa. They also have Fiat Topolinos to drive. (Honestly...it's a tough choice!) both are equally exhilarating to drive around the tiny winding Tuscan hills. Elena and Antonio were truly amazing! And the guy from the garage who came along as traffic safety...I failed to remember his name, but he was amazing. Great people! Excellent tour. I would highly recommend.
Leo and Antonio were amazing. The trip was so much fun! My husband and I had a blast. We would do this every time when visiting and recommend anyone visiting Florence to do this tour! It was one of the highlights for our Italy trip.

Miri was an amazing guide for our Vespa tour. She patiently walked us through Vespa 101 and made sure we were all comfortable driving. One of my friends was too uncomfortable driving the Vespa, so Miri set her up with a micro Fiat. We set off at a good pace following each other through the beautiful countryside, stopped to take in some view and Miri shared some interesting insights to the area. The meal was at a cute countryside location and was simple and satisfying. Overall it was a fun experience!

There is a short walk from the train station to hop on a bus. The bus takes you about 20 minutes to the garage, where the cars and Vespa are located. This is very well organized. My husband and I chose the double Vespa and Chris organized a little practicing before we got on the small roads. Chris was great and I would definitely recommend this event as it was so beautiful riding around Tuscany.

Overall, a great time. HOWEVER, they should provide a bit more clarity on the itinerary. After a 15 minute walk from the meeting point, it's about a 25 minute drive to drop off which, after about another 10 minute walk, lands you at their garage. At that point, you do a safety briefing and road test which, depending on the size of your group, can take 90 minutes. After you finish running that gauntlet, you finally get to fire up your hog (or electric Fiat) and roll thru the countryside. The views were pretty amazing and, all in, we rode for a little under two hours. While I wasn't a huge fan of the lunch, the estate was lovely and views serene. Would I recommend this to a friend? As long as they're patient and willing to wait for the payoff, absolutely.
