Our driver was friendly and right on time. Made our experience in Florence off to a great start. Perfect!
Driver was punctual with large, clean vehicle (we had five passengers and luggage). He was friendly and delivered us safely to the departures drop off.

Our driver was awesome! On time, put all our suitcases into the van without throwing them on top of each other, and got us safely to the train station. He made casual conversation and once we arrived, he got all our bags out, shook our hands and reminded us to be extra vigilant inside the train starting. Highly recommended!
