Description
Apprenez à faire des pâtes fraîches, comme nos grand-mères les préparaient en Italie. Nous vous apprendrons chaque processus et serons à vos côtés pour vous apprendre chaque étape. Proposé dans une école de cuisine située à l'intérieur d'une tour médiévale des années 1200, à deux pas du Dôme de Brunelleschi. Où vous respirerez l'air et la vie de Dante Alighieri, père de la langue italienne car la tour où nous cuisinerons appartenait à la famille de son épouse.

A little warm but all was amazing. Food was delicious. The best Italian I have ever made/tasted.
I would highly recommend doing this class! It was a very fun way of spending the evening with a bunch of friendly strangers, making pasta and drinking wine. You can eat and drink essentiallyas much as you want. Our chef/guide was super friendly and outgoing, and made this a special experience.

Had an amazing time at the cooking class! Chef David was incredible and we loved the beautiful pappardelle!!!! We left feeling so full - it was very very good value for money. Highly recommend!
Very good experience, the chef was very good at explaining everything and making jokes. Later, during the tasting of what was prepared, he explains step by step how it is cooked. The atmosphere was very friendly. Honestly, a ten out of ten.
