- Nous regrettons de ne pas pouvoir accueillir les personnes en fauteuil roulant ou ayant des difficultés à marcher nécessitant une assistance particulière lors de nos visites de groupe. Nous ne pouvons pas non plus accueillir de poussettes ou de landaus.

Horrible. This is a scam. I had booked a tour for 3 pm 8/7/26. I could not find the tour guide when I was in the specific spot (I also arrived 30 minutes early) looking for the red flag they say to look for. I asked every guide with a red flag up if they were with the tour guys. They all said no When I called customer service at 3:11 pm they blamed me for not finding the guide and asked why I did not call sooner and that the tour was already in the basilica. I contacted tour guys customer service via email and they will not refund me because apparently the tour waited for me until 3:30 pm. Very contradictory. Do not trust this company regardless of the positive reviews.
Our tour guide was excellent but you don't actually get to see all that much about the church. I wish we could have seen other sections of the church from origin to newest parts.
The tour was the only option to get an inside look at Sagrada on our only available day in Barcelona. Our guide spoke so fast it was hard to understand her. Overall, I was glad I was able to visit Sagrada but feel a bit price gouged at $370 for 2, 1 1/2 hour experience.
Everytime I visit it, I realize new details! It's impressive, magical and unspeakable. Outstanding experience, I highly recommend it.

Miguel was a wonderful and informative guide. He met us near the church at a clearly marked location. He gave us information about the outside of the church before we entered and then led us through the inside of the Sagrada Família, patiently explaining about the significance of the windows and columns inside. We learned so much and enjoyed our tour. I would definitely recommend this tour.

This is the most crowded place. I joined the English tour. The guide (Lena) has many, many years of experience. She told the story behind. She also told us the best photo took place.
