The actual tour guide was very good. The rest of the experience dealing with the tour company was not. My wife and I and another couple were travelling together with the wife's taking the standard tour and the husband's taking the Tower Access tour. We arrived 8:45 am, 15 minutes earlier than the tour start time as recommended, only to be told that both tours had been cancelled and that we would have to come back at noon or 3:00 pm. We had booked this tour months prior, travelled by Uber to get there on time and continued to receive emails confirming that the tour was scheduled to proceed on that date and time. What made it even more frustrating was the fact that a standard tour was heading out at the 9:00 am start time we had booked. This was totally unacceptable and we let the agent there know this. After some back and forth and probably 5 or more minutes after the 9:00 am group left, we were told that we could join that group. So I didn't get the Tower Access portion I paid for and missed the first portion of the standard tour. Overall, a very very frustrating experience and not at all what I expect from Viator.

- On ne peut pas prédire quand la Sagrada Familia sera bondée. En général, les longues files d'attente sont fréquentes dans les principales attractions en été, la plupart des week-ends et pendant les périodes de pointe tout au long de l'année (Noël, Pâques, fêtes locales). Le ticket coupe-file vous permet de couper la file s'il y en a une. Malheureusement il n'y a aucun moyen de prévoir les jours et les heures qui produisent des lignes
- Tous les visiteurs doivent passer par des détecteurs de métaux au point de contrôle de sécurité, donc s'il vous plaît attendez 20 à 30 minutes pour passer la sécurité
- Les enfants de moins de 6 ans, les mineurs non accompagnés (moins de 18 ans) et les personnes à mobilité réduite ne sont pas autorisés à monter dans les tours
- Un maximum de 9 personnes par réservation
- Comme il s'agit d'une église catholique, les visiteurs doivent s'habiller correctement, est demandé pour l'entrée à la basilique de la Sagrada Familia. Aucun débardeur, chemise bustier, short court ou sandales ne sera accepté. Aussi les visiteurs ne seront pas autorisés à entrer avec des vêtements spéciaux pour célébrer toute sorte de festivités.
- En raison de la capacité limitée des ascenseurs, il peut y avoir un temps d'attente entre la Basilique et la visite guidée du musée et l'accès aux ascenseurs. Les visites des tours se feront sans Guide. Le fonctionnement de la remontée est sujet à annulation en fonction des conditions météorologiques et d'autres causes. En sortant de la tour, vous devrez peut-être emprunter les escaliers.
- Ne pas se présenter à l'heure d'enregistrement établie peut entraîner la perte de la visite.
- La Sagrada Familia demande aux visiteurs de s'abstenir de porter ou d'afficher des signes religieux à leur entrée. Veuillez noter que tout manquement peut entraîner un refus d'entrée.
- Bien que vous puissiez recevoir un courriel avec une adresse différente, le point de rendez-vous est toujours à OFFICE JULIÀ TRAVEL : C/SARDENYA 311.
- Le personnel d’admission peut demander des documents officiels pour vérifier l’âge des enfants (pièce d’identité, passeport, etc.). Si ces documents ne sont pas fournis, le paiement de la différence correspondant au tarif adulte peut être exigé.
- L'accès à la tour de la Sagrada Família est limité et soumis à la disponibilité et aux restrictions jusqu'au jour de la visite.

Beautiful church and amazing views from the top! The tour guide was very impressive with knowledge and skills of keeping the group together. I would highly recommend going on this tour!
Easy to find Julia Travel for meeting point. Best part of tour was skip-the-line. Unfortunately if you don't go with a tour company and instead buy your tickets directly in advance, you could be waiting in the queue for entrance for hours in the hot sun, so missing that was probably worth the price of the ticket. It was booked as two hours but we only had an hour, and wasn’t told as such until 15 minutes before ithe cathedral closed at 3pm to get ready for mass. The tour company should have known this was going to happen and we’d have very limited time inside to take in the spectacular windows, light and architecture. The first 30 minutes of the tour were spent walking to the location (very short), brief talk outside, waiting to go through security and then getting the audio guides, which were so full of static it was hard to hear anything she said. Once inside, we had about 15 minutes of commentary and then it was back outside for a little bit more discussion. For the cost of the tour, it was a huge disappointment. We originally picked this tour due to the good reviews and the fact that we could stay inside the cathedral afterwards for more exploration on our own. That did not happen and honestly, they should have refunded half the price of the tickets for cutting the whole thing down to 1 hour to accommodate the closing of 3pm. Do not book this tour unless you have assurances that there are no special events or mass to prevent a long and enjoyable time.
Guide was hard to understand. English was not good. Could only understand small percent of what he told us.

the cathedral itself was jaw dropping, however, we expected more explanation of the history and the background behind the decoration of the towers. our guide was very passionate but the tour was very short for the price we paid
This tour was so amazing. So organized with all the notifications. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and professional. The whole experience was seamless and very enjoyable.
Oriol was a great tour guide, he was very easy to understand and was accommodating to all in our group. He spoke very clearly and made sure everyone was hearing him and was also very informative in answering questions when asked. We appreciated his pace and the abundance of detail provided during our tour. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in this tour.
Organized and friendly staff. Guide was very informed and accommodating throughout tour. Only negative was the audiovox units cut in/out at times.
I think it is the only unmissable activity in Barcelona. Without a doubt the most impressive church in the world. The guide was excellent and made it very enjoyable.
