Venez vous chercher à votre hébergement à Florence à 8h30. Notre chauffeur sera normalement à votre adresse à 8h15. Nous nous dirigerons ensuite vers la première cave, ce qui prendra environ 1 heure et 45 minutes.
Dans cette cave familiale située au pied du Montalcino vallonné, vous vous plongerez dans l'art de la vinification. Vous allez explorer l'ensemble du domaine, visiter les vignobles et les caves à vin et comprendre le processus de production du Brunello di Montalcino. Tenuta Fanti appartient à la famille Fanti depuis 1800. Elle est passée d'une entreprise de métayage à une cave, marquant une transition importante. La propriété s'étend sur 260 hectares de terrain : 55 hectares de vignes, 60 d'oliviers et 145 de cultures et forêt qui entourent le nouveau chai construit en 2004. Le sol est d'origine volcanique et il est riche en charpente. Le domaine viticole s'est converti à l'agriculture biologique, dans le souci de sauvegarder le territoire et d'améliorer la qualité des produits, tout en respectant la santé des consommateurs. Ici, vous aurez une visite guidée de la cave pour comprendre la philosophie de l'entreprise, retraçant ensemble les différentes phases de la production du vin. Vous comprendrez l'identité du vignoble lors de la dégustation sur la terrasse panoramique. Les vins seront accompagnés de plats typiques de Montalcino préparés par les mains expertes de leurs chefs. L'expérience sera accompagnée d'une dégustation de leur huile d'olive extra vierge.
La Villa i Cipressi Estate est née au milieu des années soixante-dix lorsque Hubert Ciacci a décidé d’agrandir la petite entreprise apicole de son père. Le tournant est venu dans les années 90 quand Hubert a acquis plus de terres alimentées par le désir de produire de l'huile d'olive et des vins fins. Aujourd'hui, Hubert, Patrizia et leurs fils Dario et Federico , gèrent l'ensemble du domaine, chacun dans leur secteur. La riche expérience d’Hubert dirige ce grand petit groupe familial qui voit Federico coordonner la production de miel et de vin en tant qu’œnologue, Dario gérer les ventes et le marketing tandis que Patrizia contribue comme consultante en image. L’amour de la nature et le grand esprit écologique de la famille ont conduit au choix d’utiliser l’énergie solaire comme source d’énergie de base et au désir de convertir la production du domaine aux principes de l’agriculture biologique.

Our guide Francisco was wonderful. The wineries we did visit were delightful. We learned a great deal about my one complaint is that I was really looking forward to Tenuta di Collosorbo. I was told that in the fine print it says this winery is not available on the weekend. I still can’t find the “fine print” saying that. If the wineries had not been misrepresented I would have given 5 stars.

Where to start. Certainly by saying that it was a memorable day!! We had the desire to discover the Val d'Orcia in its beauty and its secrets. The person who took care of us and made us live this wonderful experience was, Stefano. He arranged everything for us. He guided us and passed on all his knowledge and passion. He accompanied us, told us and made us enter a new world. We visited two beautiful wineries, each with its own history and personality, where we tasted various types of Brunello, Rosso di Montalcino and why not, even a honey tasting, nothing short of exceptional!! He reserved lunch for us in a restaurant of typical Tuscan cuisine, in an unknown place and with a breathtaking view. And finally... discovering Pienza!! I can't find the words to describe it, except to live it! Pure magic! Grazie ❤️

Our wine tour in Montalcino was an absolutely fantastic experience, thanks to our incredible guide Angel. From start to finish, Angel was simply wonderful – not only very informative but also genuinely kind and engaging. We learned so much about the region and the winemaking process. The tour included three different tastings, each offering a unique insight into the local production, and a delicious lunch. Every aspect was perfectly arranged and thoroughly enjoyed. We spent the day with Stefano driving us to 3 vineyards. He picked us up promptly at 830 from our hotel and drove to the first stop. It’s close to a 2 hour drive. Stefano made the time go by by talking us and getting to know us and telling us a little history here and there where it was appropriate. We had an informative tour with the owner of a unique female owned winery. After, we sat down to a tasting of 4-5 wines. Next we went to a larger (but still small) production winery. We had a delicious lunch paired with 6-7 wine tastings and 4 olive oils followed by a tour of their production facilities. Our last stop was a beautiful family owned vineyard where we got to walk among some of the vines on the way to our tasting of 5 wines and their honey. Each winery tasting was of their Rosso and Brunneli di Montelcino wines. Yet each winery had a unique and completely different feel. The Tuscan scenery kept getting better on the way to the next stop. My husband and I took this tour together. We enjoy wine but we are very novice at wine tastings. We very much enjoyed this day being with just our guide, stopping at the 3 unique wineries and getting to see the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The tour is pricey but having Stefano as our private driver, not having to figure out where we wanted to tour, making reservations and worrying about driving ourselves made it all worth it.

We had been on wine tours before but this one was truly amazing. Our tour guide Paola was very knowledgeable on the space and made us feel so welcomed. The lunch that we had was not only one of the tastiest but super scenic! We love looking back and thinking of our day in Brunello and cannot recommend this tour enough!!

Our private tour with Angel was perfect. He took the time to tell us the history of of each area that we were visiting. His knowledge was beyond excellent.
