This is an all day thing. We were picked up at our hotel around 10:40 and made it back around 9pm We arrived at the dock around noon, were charged an additional $20usd per person (cash or card), then headed out to the first spot shortly after. We didn't actually sail. They used the motor the entire time. We didn't realize this was going to be a party boat. They had music blasting and pushed drinks on us. The drinks were included, but our group was mostly interested in sightseeing. The snorkeling was fun although I'd recommend bringing your own. They seem to clean them by soaking them in dish soap which ended up making me throw up. I also recommend wearing the fins since the water pushes you in all sorts of directions. There's no shade except for the back of the boat which could probably fit about 4 people. After snorkeling we headed to the island for a lunch buffet. Food was pretty good. The aguachile was the best part. We stayed there for about an hour. They then took us to another part of the island where we rented a golf cart for an additional fee. It's cheaper if you rent one on your own on the island. Overall it was okay. I didn't like being charged an additional fee and didn't enjoy the taste of dish soap. I personally don't think I'd do this one again.
Full day of adventure and fun! Pack your energy and endurance! Snorkeling then lunch at Isla Mujeres ZaZa resort, back on boat to another resort in town to explore the shops.
It was an amazing experience that everyone should experience of vacationing in Cancun, the crew was very nice and welcoming, very attentive and knowledgeable. The island is very beautiful, lots of attractions and shops, drove a golf cart around the island for about 1.5 hours, ate lunch at zaza bar, went snorkeling and saw lots of pretty fish and stone structures at the bottom of the ocean. Water is crystal clear and all shades of blue. Bring money!!
Being out in the breeze is wonderful in this warm, humid location. The water was refreshing while snorkeling & swimming. The crew was friendly & very accommodating.
This trip was ok is you want about 20 minutes snorkeling after a long car ride and boat ride. Quick in and out of the water with little to see. then off to the island for the next 3 hours. To us we prefer snorkeling over wandering around on dry land. Overall was not worth the cost. Will not do this or recommend this trip.
This could have been a memorable cruise if not for the crowded condition and the loud music. The organizers packed as many guests as they could so space is an issue. If you’re looking for a peaceful, pleasant sailing experience, this is not the tour for you. However, if you’re looking for an all you can drink party, then this is ideal. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They came around often to refill drinks and ensure guests’ safety. The snorkeling portion of the cruise was perfect, with time to take in the reef and undersea “museum”. The lunch stop at the beach club was enjoyable, even though the buffet lunch was average. I’d prefer to spend more time there rather than at North Beach, where guests were given almost 2 hours of free time. The area was packed with other boats unloading their passengers. The beach, restaurants, bars, shops was so crowded that there was little space to relax and wait out the free time. While there were some beach chairs there, the cost to rent one was US$35. Personally, I’d skip that portion of the trip.
Hello Viet, Thank you for sharing your experience and we are glad you had a good service from our staff on board. We understand this tour in high season is not always the perfect match for everyone, maybe some other time in a lower season you would enjoy it more being less crowded. Anyway we hope you enjoy your vacations and have a pleasant stay in our paradise. See you next time. Regards
My rating is really Average but I chose Very good for the effort of the crew. First of all the catamarans are small really meant for 10-15 guests. They stuffed 50 of us on the boat so the excess of us had to sit outside on the boat in the hot burning sun for the entire day. A great deal of us were sunburned during and after, so take a hat and something to cover yourself as well as a bucket of sunscreen. The drinks are not good, and barely have any alcohol in them, bring some in your bag if you want to get lit . The staff was fun and entertaining, the gave me and others a birthday celebration, which made the trip. The cruise, to Isla Mujeres was delightful, the sites were to die for. The 3 stops (beach, port to shop, north beach) in Isla Mujeres were nice and the lunch was very good. I recommend this sail to anyone just beware of the SUN between April and September.
Hi KemZsaZsaMoore, Than you for your preference and your comments. We always do an effort to give the best service possible and show you the beauty of our little piece of paradise. ¡Great to hear you liked it! We'll take your observation about the quantity of alcohol in the drinks to make them even better. And also thanks for the recommendation for our future visitors about the importance of the sunscreen and be prepare for the sun of the caribbean. Hope you keep enjoying yourselves in paradise and have awesome time here in Mexico. See you soon. Regards
