pick up was smooth and organized. pack your patience because getting everyone together and loading up took a little time. excursion was scheduled to begin at 11 am which included travel time of 30 min to dock. boat didn’t leave pier until 105 pm. we were still able to get in 3 hours of excursion but some parts felt rushed. overall we had a great time. drinks 10/10, food 5/10 and vibes 20/10. great crew and great company.🤗🥳🛥️

The boat was big and comfortable, the workers kept it clean and explained the rules of the ship before we left . The ride was about an hour long down the coast with great views until we reached out destination . When we stopped they gave us 2 hours or so to snorkel dive , swim , drink and eat . We saw sea turtles and sting rays and tons of fish at the reef while snorkeling . The food was fresh and the drinks were good (they do not cap you on the free alcohol they want you to have fun) , the crew was nice and professional. Would recommend for anyone trying to look for a day trip (we were picked up at 645 am and got back to our hotel around 2pm).

Bring sunscreen and it’s not really a party boat. They turn the music up at the end of the tour, but by then everyone is tired.

Overall experience was good. We booked this excursion as a group of five and our tour guide/host Paolo was very helpful and entertaining. The crew members were also really good (Felipe) the captain, Mario the bartender, and victor and angel who assisted with docking etc. We didn't get to snorkel due to the choppy water but we still were able to enjoy the excursion overall.

Nico and his crew were awesome and made for a very fun day. Spacious, clean catamaran. They take the open bar very seriously never leaving you without a drink in hand. Decent lunch of a sandwich, guacamole and pasta salad. It was too windy for us to snorkel so we stopped at a cove instead which was just fine. Photographer on board with the opportunity to buy photos at the end. Modern, air conditioned transportation from Tulum to Puerto Aventuras and great communication from the operator regarding pickup. Recommend paying the port fee in USD as the operator's conversion to MXN was way more than standard.

What experience—the scheduled transfer did not arrive as arranged. We booked through Viator, we selected to be retrieved at the Aki Grocery store which is listed as one of the pick up locations. We arrived 15 minutes PRIOR to the scheduled time of 8am pick up yet no one showed up. No one called our name, no called our phones or emailed us. Very disappointed as this was my sister dream excursion and she didnt get to do it.

On the day of your tour, the port was closed due to weather conditions for safety reasons, which unfortunately meant the activity could not operate as scheduled. We did offer the option to reschedule so your sister could still enjoy this experience, but we understand that this may not have worked with your plans. Very well organized, crew were thoughtful and on time. Jose was very engaging and knowledgeable. Captain was perfect and bartender amazing. All in all we had amazing time, crystal clear water around the reef. Would highly recommend.

Good relaxing trip, at first we were skeptical as we were all adults on this trip and not expecting family's with kids to join. However the crew took care of us amazing people. Good tasting sandwiches, drinks and the water was amazing.

It’s a catamaran so you will sit close to other people and possibly get wet if the water is choppy. The captain and crew were stellar and made the excursion fun and extremely informative.
