Ce tour de voile au coucher du soleil fonctionne exclusivement grâce à un service de ramassage à l'hôtel, pour lequel nous avons deux routes établies: l'une couvrant la région de Cancún et l'autre couvrant la Riviera Maya. Ivan, martin, and sergio were so amazing ! the best hosts! and we had such an amazing time
When we were picked up we had no clue that the drive to the harbor would take 1 hour. The driver should have told us. When we got to the marina we were relatively quickly boarded onto the biggest catamaran. There were circa 25 of us. Michel was a great host who told us where we would sail and all the drinks we could drink and made sure we always had enough to drink and we finished with a solid shot of tequila. However he told us we would motor to Isla Majueres and sail back; we ended up motoring both ways which was disappointing. It was also disappointing that the crew did not get us to dance. We have done a sunset cruise in Jamaica and had tons more fun because the whole boat ended up dancing. The good thing was that the boat (and the sunset light) gives you tons of great photo opportunities. We also had a Ukrainian photographer on board who made amazing pictures. We ended up buying ours (circa 38 pictures) for $50.

The crew was wonderful. We didn’t have to do anything. They brought you drinks as soon as your drink was empty and delivered food to you. It was a little windy and cool after dark, so I would recommend a light jacket. Wonderful and relaxing experience❤️

Sunset cruise was very relaxing. Had an opportunity to take a sunset cruise with Cancun Adventures the top of March 26 and the entire experience was top notch. Alejandro was our host and he was extremely attentive and told us where we were what we were seeing have us some history and made sure everyone on the boat was catered to. The staff was equally attentive and professional. We highly recommend this company.

This was not a great excursion. The pros - staff was pleasant and lively. Ride from hotel was good (especially because it is a LONG drive from hotel strip to marina--did not expect such a long trek). The cons - this was by NO means a "luxury catamaran cruise". Very misleading advertising. We were joined by about 50-60 fellow passengers on a huge ferry-type boat. Technically it was a catamaran, but it was huge. And there was no sailing involved - the sails were never unwrapped. Charcuterie plate was pretty bad - bologna, a couple pieces of cheese and bread. Mixed drinks were bad, too. Final con - the music - they were blaring techno music the entire time, which was so weird and unpleasant. If we had wanted a party cruise, we would have sign up for one. We have done a sunset sail with same company in Cabo (Cabo Adventures) and it was lovely - true sailboat, small group of people, great food, calm music. This was not the same thing--it felt like were were just being herded on/off the boat and motored out into the water.
Wonderful experience! The boat crew took good care of us. Only issue was that the transportation on the way back to the hotel was a bit unhygienic. Overall satisfied!

The trip was great. The hotel pick-up was on-time. The views were gorgeous, and the staff was excellent.
Overall a very good experience. Went on a Sunset Cruise with a beach dinner in Cozumel and it was a beautiful location, excellent food, and the staff of the boat was amazing. Had a lovely experience and would definitely go back and do the same trip again if I am in Cancun again. The only reason I did four stars as opposed to five was because I told them several times about an allergy to Cilantro that they never noted. When we arrived on the island I had to reiterate it again, and then was challenged as to whether I was truly allergic to it or just didn't like it. I didn't feel they took that allergy seriously and I am very allergic to it and it causes significant health issues for me. Having reiterated it to them at least four or five times when booking and again when confirming with them it should have been noted and I shouldn't have been embarrassed about being allergic to something in front of people and then being treated as though it was difficult for them to accommodate when they had notice 4 weeks prior to my trip.

We were picked up late which I think contributed to us missing the sunset. Unfortunately it happened, but the cruise was fun and the people on the boat were a lot of fun as well so that made up for it.
