Réservez une expérience privée et amusante avec notre famille florentine pour préparer des pâtes faites à la main. Nous utiliserons les produits de notre jardin et, s'ils ne sont pas disponibles, à 0 km Nous préparerons ensemble des recettes traditionnelles ! Si le temps le permet, nous mangerons dans notre magnifique jardin ! (Parfois il est possible que certaines demandes se chevauchent, nous vous contacterons et vous demanderons votre accord pour permettre de réaliser l'activité en petit groupe). Grâce au partenariat avec l'association Correnti ODV, pour chaque cours de cuisine, 1 € sera reversé pour soutenir la communauté des enfants orphelins de Malelea au Lesotho. Garden Cooking Class y met du cœur.

Prepare yourselves for a fun event. Camilla and Samuel were top-notch cooking instructors. Making two kinds of pasta, a red sauce, and tiramisu was a time filled with laughter and learning. Our group of six comprised of three generations shared the meal with Camilla and Samuel. Our evening was one to be savored.

We were warmly welcomed into the home and felt so comfortable for the 3 hours we spent making the most amazing pomodoro. So much better than those typical large corporate cooking classes. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

We had such a wonderful experience at this family-led cooking class in a warm and welcoming Italian home. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a class and more like being invited in as guests. The conversation flowed easily throughout the evening, full of stories, laughter, and little cultural insights that made the experience feel truly special. The cooking itself was hands-on and enjoyable, with clear guidance that made everything approachable and fun. Our two kids participated as well, and they absolutely loved it—they were engaged the whole time and proud to help create the meal. It was such a joy to see them included and excited about the process. The evening ended with a lovely dinner that we all shared together, enjoying the dish we had prepared. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere made it even more memorable. Overall, it was a perfect blend of great conversation, a delightful cooking experience, and an unforgettable meal. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for an authentic, personal experience.

I went with my mom and dad to a cooking class at this family’s home. The apartment is beautiful, clean and a true local spot. The family was SO welcoming, warm and fun! We began cooking with Camilla- trying different olive oils with fresh bread and fennel. We then made the pasta filling of butternut squash and ricotta and then, the pasta, including ravioli and tagliatelle. Throughout the class, we learned about their lives and by dinner time, the entire family joined in. We stayed for five hours!!! Truly would recommend taking this class. It was an unforgettable, and authentic evening.

This cooking class was great. It was just me and my wife and a husband and wife showing us how to make multiple Italian dishes. Camila and Samuel were great. They prepared zucchini and bruschetta while introducing us to new foods. The atmosphere was great and the food even better. Highly recommend this class.

Camilla and Sam are such wonderful people and teachers! We felt very at home making pasta with them - they are generous, curious, and incredibly knowledgable about pasta, wine, and oil. They taught us the correct way to do oil tasting and it was very high quality, much like all the rest of the ingredients provided during the day. We got to eat in their lovely garden where they grow their own herbs and vegetables. It was also my birthday and they made sure it was a spectacular one! I would highly recommend this course for anyone who would like a lovely pace of day for their pasta making experience.
