Je vais vous faire gagner du temps, car vous êtes au bon endroit ! C'est une activité alternative et exclusive ! Notre activité 5 étoiles, la plus drôle, complète et originale ! Il s'agit d'un tour à travers les falaises marines du côté ouest de l'île où nous sauterons à la mer de différentes hauteurs, nous ferons une tyrolienne qui traverse une grotte et termine dans la mer, une Via Ferrata au-dessus des vagues et des rappels directement à la mer. Le tout mélangé à des moments de baignade et des visites de grottes. Pour tous les niveaux avec un minimum de conditions sportives requises.

WARNING, FRAUD!! I booked and paid to do an activity with this company. They have not shown up. They do not respond to emails, nor to WhatsApp, and the phone is turned off. Everything seems correct and credible, but I have been deceived with the entire team. We are managing the complaint, but I do not know if I will be able to recover my money. DO NOT BUY ANY ACTIVITIES HERE!!!
This was an amazing activity. Suitable for anyone who likes adventure. We had Miguel as a guide who was very helpful, knowledgeable and eccentric. It was an amazing experience where you will climb, absail, swim and jump into water from different heights. If you're afraid of heights it might not be one for you. All the equipment, drinks, snacks and transport is included. **Bring suitable footwear, I.e trainers/footwear with good grip you're not fussed about getting wet** After coming to gran canaria for 5 years, this is certainly one of the best excursions out there and is a must do!
The whole activity let’s say was fun and demanding so not for the beginners but the whole logistics was a failure , waiting and waiting on the parking lot , then transfer to beach and another wait , finally some jumps and walking along the coast on the rocks wasn’t bad but the organizers also had via ferrata in their portfolio which they moved the date twice saying we meet in the same spot and after that don’t pick up the phone don’t communicate so we end up in the wrong place and they can’t wait for us 20 mins even though they also were late as usual. Very poor organising

It seems there was a misunderstanding between the location of the Via Ferrata activity—which is in a completely different area—and the coasteering experience, which you also took part in. When you booked the Via Ferrata, we sent all the specific information, including a Google Maps link to the exact location. That said, we truly appreciate your comment and will make sure to explain things even more clearly next time to avoid any confusion. Thanks again for choosing us. Sadly, our family Coasteering adventure was an experience of two halves. My two adult sons and I had a fabulous adventure with our guide and 5 other guests; scrambling over rocks, jumping and back-flipping from various rocky ledges, exploring by swimming inside caves, helping assemble and then flying down a zip line into the water, and then the highlight, rock climbing and traversing along approximately 100m of cliff face safely secured to a safety line. All these thrilling exploits apparently being captured via a GoPro provided as part of the service. Transfer to and from the location was seamless and included within the price and we ended the day with genuine happiness, a generous tip and excitement at receiving a link to our photos to share with other family members and provide future memories. Alas the promised link to Dropbox never arrived and two weeks later, three emails and numerous texts/WhatsApp messages, we are still without any photos and have not even received a reply (other than an automatic reply). We are aware that there was a problem with the camera towards the end of our experience, but not any details and certainly no mention of any concerns for the images captured up to that point. We understand that technical problems occur, and technical glitches happen, however what is so frustrating is the deafening silence and total lack of communication. If the photos have been lost, then tell us, or better still, offer us some generic stock images from previous groups so at least we have something to show friends and provide memories. As it is, all there is needless frustration. And the real irony, we had our own GoPro to take but were assured that was not necessary as the guide would take multiple shots!

As you probably noticed during the activity, our camera had a technical failure that day when water got into the memory card. We informed all participants about it as soon as it happened, and unfortunately, the photos taken could not be recovered. We also sent out a message apologizing for this—perhaps it didn’t reach you or ended up in your spam folder. First time coaststeering, but with a great guide this was equally thrilling and breathtaking (in 2 ways) as canyoning!
