Notre tournée Saveurs de Sainte-Lucie est une merveilleuse expérience culinaire et éducative! Enfilez votre tablier et votre toque (fournis) et c'est parti ! Nous commençons cette visite en vous permettant de voir, toucher et sentir certaines des épices étonnantes qui sont récoltées dans notre petite ferme. Préparez un repas de trois plats avec les conseils de notre incroyable chef. Vous pouvez assister le chef ou simplement profiter pendant qu'il vous enseigne le style de cuisine «authentique» de Sainte-Lucie. Après avoir apprécié l'apéritif, profitez d'une promenade pédagogique dans notre ferme/jardin. C'est ici que vous découvrirez diverses fleurs, fruits, légumes et assaisonnements cultivés localement et utilisés pour rehausser presque tous les plats. Retournez dans la cuisine et profitez d'un tutoriel sur la façon de créer un plat principal et un apéritif locaux, les deux sont au menu du jour ! Savourez une gorgée de notre rhum épicé local juste avant de recevoir votre certificat lors de notre cérémonie de remise des diplômes AMUSANTE. Vous êtes maintenant un cuisinier certifié de Sainte-Lucie !

Our cooking class with Chef Jules was amazing! He taught us to make 3 delicious courses and was a lot of fun. We appreciated learning about the history of the island and trying new dishes. We will definitely be trying to re create at home! The property was beautiful with a wonderful view. Would definitely recommend this experience!
Chef Emmanuel and staff were very informative and made the experience fun and memorable. We learned a lot about the culture of St Lucia as well as indigenous fruits and herbs.
The most amazing cooking class! This hands down made our trip. We almost always do a cooking class when we travel but this one was one of the best we’ve been to! We were in the class with three other people. Chef Emmanuel and Sylvia were super nice and had a lot of knowledge about the local herbs and produce. Food was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Very well done! The class starts with a stroll through the on-site garden tasting herbs, vegetables and fruit then continues into the kitchen. The class of up to 12 people helps prepare a 3 course meal including designing the presentation. The food was all local and very good. Lots of fun and highly recommended!

This was one of my favorite experiences while visiting St. Lucia. I can't express in words the excellence that was demonstrated by Ms. Silvia and Chef Emanuel. I learned tsome tips that I will employ when I am cooking at home. Touring the garden and getting to see and smell fresh herbs was a beautiful experience. The grounds and the overall property appeared to be very well maintained. Ms. Silvia did an excellence job giving our group a very informative tour. She also added humor that made the experience even more fun. Chef Emanuel did an amazing job guiding our group through the cooking experience. The food and dessert was superb!! We are looking forward to receiving the recipes in our email for the food we made. I highly recommend anyone visiting St. Lucia to go on the tour. It is well worth the cost.
Sylvia and Chef Emmanuel were incredible! This was easily one of the most memorable experiences I had while staying in Saint Lucia. Sylvia took us around the beautiful grounds and the garden. She taught us so much about Saint Lucian agriculture and we got to smell the fresh herbs from the garden. You could smell the prepped ingredients from the kitchen before we entered the teaching area and my gosh the food we made was SO good. We made a 3-course meal, enjoyed rum punch, fresh mango juice, and a rum tasting! Thank you to Sylvia and Chef for such an amazing time!
My wife and I booked this tour through Island Routes at Sandals La Toc. This was such a nice way to spend the late morning and early afternoon! From our driver Samuel, Ms. Sylvia our on site guide, the beautiful gardens, quaint kitchen, 3 other couples, and of course Chef Jules... everything was excellent!! Thank you so much!!!

So much fun learning about the herbs and plants that St Lucian's use on a daily basis with are quite different from what I am used to in the US. The chef/teacher was top notch and the whole experience was unforgettable!

There is a short tour of a small museum kept within the house. Quick and quaint. There is a further tour of the gardens that are used for the kitchen. Very interesting if you are interested in using natural foods for cooking. The cooking class was fun. Gave everyone an opportunity to put together one of the parts of a 3 course gourmet meal. Presentation of a course with colour and taste and height. All the ingredients for you to understand how Sous Chefs put a gourmet plate together. Lot of fun, and we all have a better understanding of how a busy kitchen is run. Couple of hours with a few others in a kitchen. New friends and a better education of the kitchen.
