I loved the tour and give it 10/10. The crew was nice and accommodating and they spoke great English which was definitely appreciated. The buffet and drinks included were delicious also. Great hospitality everywhere. The photographer took excellent pictures. However, be mindful that the pictures are very expensive. That’s my only complaint. You can’t take your own pics so if you want to capture the moment, you will have to pay the expensive price, which I did. I think they know how badly people will want to have the memories from their trip and that’s the only way to have them. It is very unfair pricing seeing the excursion itself is already pricey. I paid it because it was a different experience that isn’t done everywhere so I ate the cost but I definitely would have felt better had the price not been so expensive. I did read previous reviews that said the pics were expensive so I expected it but I didn’t expect it to be what it actually was. I will state price so the next person can be prepared what is expensive when stated. They charge $50 for 1 image, $250 for 10 images, and $300 for all images and videos. Like I said, it’s great footage and well done with clear, high resolution and professional quality. We had 171 images and 5 videos that we received. I say, only about 10-15 pics we weren’t fans of. I guess $300 is the amount of a professional photoshoot so I guess that’s how they justify the cost.

They never showed up and charged us for 2 people. And had the nerve to tell us uber when they were suppose to pick us up. Scam scam scam

Terrible company! I booked a camel ride in Cancun, Mexico with Camel Expedition and Beach Club in Riviera Maya on Monday May 4. The tour company canceled the tour 15 mins prior due to "traffic" being heavy. Then the company rescheduled me for Wednesday May 6 only to NOT pick me up at the designated location. I called numerous times that morning and the driver requested I pay an additional fee on top of the $144 already paid to get picked up for the tour. I've called numerous times requestion a refund and Viator has yet to refund my money. I contacted the tour company and after threatening them with a bad review they offered a refund. When I sent the messages to Viator they still refused to give me my money back after the tour company requested, I get my money back from them. This has been such a horrible experience for my birthday, and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Not only did I travel from California for my birthday but was unable to do the one thing I wanted to do. The stole $144 and will not refund my money back to me. This place is a scam!!!

I met the driver at the pick up point . He drove 45 minutes and they canceled my tour while I was on the bus LMFAO because they said we were too late dealing with the rush hour traffic.. we would’ve been 15 minutes late . Almost 200$ down the drain a day of vacation wasted and Viator will not refund me . Mind you they decided the tour starts at 3 in the midst of traffic. PLEASE book something else this is the craziest thing I have every expierienced

Those on the camel tour are spectacular people give you confidence you take away your fear if you have it in being accompanied by them, give you your time and freedom for photos and live with the camels. The waiter who attended us FABIÁN is very nice very attentive is when it is nice to leave good tip! It's clean, it's fast, it interacts very well with customers.

This experience was very beautiful and although we had a little incident they were immediately responsive and attentive to the situation! Overall we give the whole experience a 10/10

So fun!!! Learned a lot about camels and Joseph was the best! Only thing that sucks is you can’t use your camera and the pics are stupid expensive ($75 per photo or 400 for the package!!!).

I love the staff and the ride it was very peaceful. Ala I love the photos and videos they take of me while riding and feeding the animals it’s was more amazing then I could have ever imagined. 10/10 experience and worth the money .the place has it own beach and really good food and drinks .so give them a chance

Excellent Service, Ulysses and Said always attentive and treated us excellent. All the drinks they brought us were great in taste and quality. Fully recommended the whole experience.

I took a solo camel ride. I was the only one there for the camel ride that morning. I had 5 of the most attentive gentlemen that assisted with this journey. They were most helpful throughout the entire trip. Extra special thanks to Bernard, he was the tour guide. I actually learned a lil bit about camels. I never knew camels had 3 stomachs. The camera man was amazingly fun 🤩 he put the icing on the cake. Lunch was a nice treat as well. I had a great margarita, and they actually had huge fried pork rinds, that were delicious.😋 I could not have asked for a better experience. It was most enjoyable. Thanks for making my journey so precious.
