Itinéraire
Le chauffeur vous conduira aux points forts de la ville où il est possible d'accéder en voiture. Nous traverserons le centre historique de la ville, ici les rues et les places n'ont pas assez d'espace pour s'arrêter, mais le conducteur pourra évaluer s'il doit le faire en toute sécurité. Vous aurez également du temps libre. Une carte de la région vous sera fournie et tout vous sera expliqué en détail. Vous rencontrerez votre chauffeur à l'endroit habituel. Lors de la confirmation de votre réservation, vous recevrez le numéro de votre chauffeur qui sera toujours prêt à vous aider.
La Tour Penchée de Pise est située légèrement en dehors du centre-ville. Avec le chauffeur, vous ferez un tour en van pour obtenir des informations de base et comprendre à quoi ressemble la vie en ville. Une fois arrivé à la tour, vous aurez du temps disponible pour prendre des photos, faire du shopping, prendre un café et bien plus encore. Le chauffeur sera disponible.

Very disappointing they never showed up. Still waiting for a refund. Called Viator and they tried calling the tour operator and they couldn't get them to answer Viator email them and said they would get back to me.and that didn't happen. This was a very expensive tour. Beware of Queen Driver Tour!
Excellent tour tour with our driver Marcella. She was professional, courteous and a great tour guide. She ttok us through Livorno, parts of Tuscany, Pisa nd Florence leaving plenty of time for exploring these areas and for shopping. Highly recommend.

Marcella was absolutely amazing on our tour! We booked very last minute but it was honestly the best cruise excursion we’ve been on. We stopped for a view of the whole city of Florence then at the Church of Santa Croce then headed to the centre of Florence for a few hours of our own time. Next we went to the leaning tower of pisa - wow! The minibus was clean, well air conditioned and Marcella had packed waters for us too. She gave us a guided tour as we went a long and answered all our questions. I can’t recommend her enough and will definitely book again when we return!

The girl was very kind and cute and among other things spoke English very well, given that there were other non-Italian people there. The van was spotless and everything was done on time. Highly recommended given the excellent service.
