Excursion à terre depuis Livourne : visite privée indépendante des Cinque Terre et Pise

It was a dream of mine to go to Consue Terre. This tour with our amazing guide, Marta was superb from the minute our group of 5 got in the beautiful and comfortable large three row van. Marta was so knowledgeable and eloquent as she described all of the sights along the route. Once in Cinque Terre we visited the first quintessential town of Riomaggiore with its stunning church that truly takes your breath away. Marta gave us the choice of taking the boat or train to the next two villages and we were ever so thrilled we chose the boat from which the views are astonishingly beautiful. Marta planned this so well we truly got to experience this UNESCO World Heritage Site in the most rewarding way. I can’t say enough about the assistance and cooperation we got from Diana at BellaItalia Tours . I pulled this together with two couples I met through the Cruise Critic Message Board for our ship and it all came together to make my dream come true.

I just wanted to inform you that this excursion was more like a taxi service with pick up and drop off to the Pisa and Cinque Terre only with instructions on how to view sites. At the coat of $1200 for 5 people, we were dropped off at Pisa for 40 mins and then 1 spot in Cinque Terra were we had to pay for a train ride per 5 towns (Approx 32.50 per person). Our driver was a wonderful person but I feel I got ripped off for a taxi service. I wish I had a guide or train tickets included. This was honestly a tourist trap for a very high priced taxi service. In my opinion. I won't book thru Viator again. I rather book thru the cruise line or negotiate a private taxi.

We started with tour of the Pucci residence in Florence followed by stops in Vernazza and Monterosso (both in the Cinque Terre). Originally we were going to take a boat to the Cinque Terre, but the sea was rough that day so we took the train from La Spezia. Our tour guide, Elisabetta Ferrero, was really great and she shared with us a lot of insider information as we traveled through Tuscany in our 7 passenger mini-van. The trip finished up with a visit to the Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa and the world's most famous tower. I highly recommend taking a tour with Elisabetta and BellItalia!

We really enjoyed our tour today of Cinque Terre with Marta. She did a nice job of telling us what we were seeing, and keeping us informed about the tour logistics. We took a train to the first town, and then three boat rides to the other towns. The towns we saw were vibrant and fun. We’ve been in Italy for a week and this was our favorite tour.

After a lengthy, exhausting vacation, we had chosen to spend our final day in Cinque Terre. We knew it was going to be a lot of walking, but we didn't want to miss it. We scheduled this tour online and had great communication from the company prior to arrival. When we got there, we were greeted by Libera, who immediately connected with us. For the initial 90-minute drive, Libera shared a wealth of interesting facts about the area and got us excited about the upcoming experience. Her enthusiasm and love for what she does is very apparent, and she kept us laughing and on track at each point. She and our driver Stephano even surprised us at the end with a memory we will never forget. Experiencing Cinque Terre is amazing in itself; to have such a happy, enthusiastic, energetic and knowledgeable guide made it the best experience of our trip - by far! Thank you!!

Our family of four took an excursion from the Livorno cruise port to Cinque Terre in April 2019 and we would recommend Bellaitalia without any hesitation whatsoever. Our driver Giuseppe and guide Libera met us promptly and filled the hour-plus car ride to Cinque Terre with fun conversation and helpful facts. When we arrived, Libera purchased our train tickets, traveled to each village with us, explained what we should see in each one, designated a meeting point and time, and recommended how to make the most of our time. Meeting her and traveling from village to village was always seamless. We can’t say enough about Libera; she was so lovely and felt like a member of the family by the end of the day. We are still working on getting her to visit us in New York City :) If you want a hassle-free, professional experience, you can rest easy with Bellaitalia (and Libera!) — they are sure bets.

We were two couples in Livorno Port on 12 September 2018 and we had pre-booked a private tour to Cinque Terre. I cannot speak highly enough of this tour. Luca was a magic guide - he gave great commentary, negotiated the ferries so well and kept us informed. Salvatore was a great driver and very polite. Cinque Terre and the whole experience of this tour was a highlight of our six week trip. Loved the place and will definitely be back. Thanks so much Luca and Salvatore. The minivan was very nice. The driver was very nice. The guide, Veronica, was excellent. A lot of time was spent waiting for the ferry so we didn't have much time in each village. We opted to skip the 4th village and spend longer in Monterosso. I don't think there was a clear explanation of how steep the roads were and how much walking was required. The villages were very crowded. It was interesting but I don't think I would recommend it.

The tour was very well organised. Our tour guide Marta was a joy who went the extra mile to ensure our day was a great success. The combination of mini bus, ferry and train gave a different perspective and understanding of the area. Would recommend.
