Description
C'est une journée impressionnante de randonnée dans la Cordillère Vilcanota, "qui est très proche de la montagne la plus haute et sacrée du sud du Pérou appelée l'Ausangate (6 377 mètres). Ce porteur de vie "Apu" est le Gardien de l'un des écosystèmes les plus vierges du monde. Ainsi, notre promenade sera accompagnée de sommets enneigés, de glaciers, de troupeaux de lamas et d'alpagas. Cette randonnée offre une sélection de faune et de paysages très impressionnants. Ce sera probablement l'une des meilleures choses que vous verrez dans votre visite au Pérou. La vallée rouge est un paysage magnifique situé près de la montagne arc-en-ciel au Pérou. Il se distingue par ses teintes rougeâtres intenses, résultat de la forte teneur en fer du sol, et offre une expérience visuelle unique entourée de montagnes et de la nature andine. C'est une destination idéale pour les amateurs de trekking et de photographie.

Cusco
Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre hôtel respectif à 4h30, puis commencerons notre incroyable aventure en conduisant 2 heures dans notre mobilité à travers la vallée du Sud jusqu'à ce que nous atteignions la ville de Cusipata.
Vinicunca Mountain
A Cusipata, nous dégusterons un délicieux Petit-déjeuner buffet. Une fois que nous aurons tous terminé, nous continuerons notre voyage jusqu'au départ du sentier (4 326 m / 14 189 pi) où les derniers biefs seront donnés pour enfin commencer une marche d'environ 2 heures pour une montée modérée. Vers 10h30, nous arriverons à notre destination appelée Vinicunca ou la montagne arc-en-ciel (5 020 m). Ici, vous aurez assez de temps pour profiter de ce paysage unique que la géographie. Si vous souhaitez visiter la Vallée Rouge, veuillez noter qu'elle est facultative. Si vous souhaitez le visiter, vous devez en informer le Guide avant de commencer la randonnée. Il n'y a pas de coût supplémentaire pour faire cette randonnée, mais le prix d'entrée à Red Valley n'est pas inclus. Après notre visite de la montagne des couleurs, nous reviendrons au point de départ, où notre transport privé nous attendra pour nous ramener à la ville de Cusipata, où nous dégusterons un délicieux déjeuner buffet, et après une courte pause, nous entreprendrons le voyage de retour à Cusco en arrivant vers 16h30.

Amazing!!
So worth the early start! The scenery is so incredible its one of the most amazing things I have seen. And our guide Tito was awesome he brought all the right energy, made sure everyone was ok and let everyone go at their own pace. The breakfast and lunch are buffets so you can take as much as you need to keep you filled. The hike is quite hard especially if you also want to do the red valley bit (which you definitely should!) so make sure you are fit and healthy and have had a good nights sleep. Only downside was a lot of people suffered from the altitude sickness so the bus ride back was a bit miserable.

The experience was amazing. Our guide Tito was really sweet, he explained us a lot about the Quechua people, he prepared us for the climb and was very supportive along the way. We could also experience the Red Valley if we wanted. We also got all of the informations before the trip. It was great that the van picked us up in front of our hostel. Amazing day :)

Well worth the drive from Cusco!
I had a fantastic time. The hike was not easy due to the altitude but totally worth it. If possible, do also visit the Red Vally and go the long way round (at your peril, if you are fit). Views are incredible. Our guide Tito was awesome and explained a bunch of stuff on the way. Bus was comfortable.

One in a lifetime experience
Very good, it wasn’t that hard that I imagined, the guide was awesome, very understanding and comunicating. He speaks english pretty good.

Awesome hike so worth it for the views!
Awesome trip 100% worth the drive!! Go with good energy because the hike is hard and the extra bit for red valley is the best bit!! Tito was an awesome guide brought great energy and was very flexible letting the group go at their own pace and do as much/little as each person wanted
