AVOID RICARDO AT ALL COSTS
This was a huge disappointment. Our driver, Ricardo, was horrible! He was inattentive to us and mostly focused on getting to his next fare. Because our tour at the Colosseum was delayed (not his fault), we were pressed for time and wanting to see a few more sites. Instead, he insisted that he had another fare and needed to get us back to the ship 2 hours EARLY. Finally, he left us at the Trevi Fountain and called for another driver to take us back to the ship. Imagine being left at a site 1 1/2 hours away from our ship with no certainty that someone would show up.
