Lake Pancharevo is a beautiful relaxation area on the outskirts of Sofia, a great place to enjoy nature away from the city's swamp. The slumbery and surrounding mountain scenery combine, showing different attractions from season to season.
Really pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Vasil was really good at organizing everything, and it was not too expensive either. I would recommend heading up into the village afterwards as well, as there are some good restaurants/cafes.
We went in a beautiful day and the experience was very nice! The personal was helpful and during the activity we had a nice conversation with our instructor. The lake was incredible and enough clean.
Kayaking with Epic Tours at Pancharevo lake is a great opportunity for becoming acquainted with and get the feeling about it. First time my husband and I contacted Epic Tours for kayaking at Pancharevo was more than 5 years ago. The reliable, experienced and motivated guides helped us in collecting confidence to explore with them daily trips to other lakes in Bulgaria and multi-days sea tours in Greece. I can't imagine any more spending holidays at the seashore under a sun umbrella...
Excellent pastime to discover the slightly more hidden places of Sofia. We arrived there by public transport. Very kind staff and wonderful view!
Vasil was so kind and professional. We had a great time and fun with the kayak in the lake. I recommend it for relax and also fun with friends. The place is easily reachable from the city with public transports. Most important thing, you can do this activity without any experience!

I have been there for more than 10 times already and I love it. The first time I was on a teambuilding with my company there and it was really fun. The coaches are great professionals and can help you even if it is your first time kayaking.

I wanted a quick escape from the hustle of the city. From start to finish every aspect of the tour met my expectations. They even gave me additional 30 minutes on the water!! The tour guide was great. His knowledge and passion were evident from the very beginning. Hi provided me with detailed safety instructions and basic paddling technique. Most definitely I will come back again!
