Superb! Our guide (Camilla) was wonderful. Expert, friendly, patient with our requests for departures (e.g,, to take a Ferrari drive or to have lunch at Ferrari Cavallino). She knows the area, knows her cars and motorcycles, and had a beautiful way of working with each of the museum and factory officials to ensure that we got what we had signed up for - and we did. Our driver (Giorgio) was an excellent navigator and always at our service. I’d give the whole experience six stars if I could. It was also very easy to work with their tour company (Kiss From Italy) - meticulous planning and frequent, easy communications all along the way.
As a car enthusiast and father of three similarly enthusiastic sons, I was looking for a "capstone" experience for the last full day of our week in Italy. With the beauty and tranquility of Tuscany behind us, we turned our attention to a "once in a lifetime" experience with Kiss From Italy -- the Motor Valley Tour from Bologna. The company provided a comfortable late model van and highly capable driver along with our guide. The visits to Pagani, Ferrari and Lamborghini provided ample time at each -- and each had their own special character. Pagani was like visiting artisans - and the museum was small and yet well done. The Ferrari experience was more "mass produced" - with a wonderful museum, but of course no factory tour. Lamborghini was absolutely exceptional. Visitors are given a highly informative tour and are allowed very close to the production assembly line. Our guide took care of all of the details and shepherded us through the visits, kept us on schedule, and provided insightful commentary on the region and the factories specifically. In all, an excellent day and great value for money. Highly worthwhile and I would recommend Kiss from Italy without hesitation.
Ricciardo (Ricci) was our tour guide. He picked me up in his large minivan from my accommodation and then we went to pick the others up. There were about 7-8 people on the tour on total. Ricci was a really good guide - he is funny, chatty and very knowledgable about the cars and the local area. The tour itself is a must for any car fan - we started at Lamborghini, then went to Pagani before going to a restaurant for some traditional Italian food (which Ricci explained what it all was and how it was made) before going to Maranello to visit Ferrari. The tour started at 08:30 and we were back in Bologna for around 17:30. Ricci speaks perfect English and takes an interest in everyone on the tour. He always asks if everyone is OK, and chats to us about our interests and hobbies (mainly football) back home. If there was any questions we had, he knew the answers straight away. I’ve been on tours before where he driver just drives and then drops you off, and isn’t interested in people. Ricci knows all the secret locations and points things out while on the road. The Lamborghini factory is medium sized. We had 45 mins inside which is easily enough time to see the cars and get photos then visit the shop. Pagani’s is a lot smaller, but the cars are nicer. The factory section does not allow cameras or phones, so you must put these in a locker. The tour of the building comes with a tour guide, which the other 2 don’t. In Maranello, the site is huge. The museum itself is over several floors and has lots of cars on display. The shop is expensive though, as you are paying for the Ferrari brand, so expect caps to be €45 and shirts even more expensive. Ricci also shows you a small business just outside that allows you to pay €100+ to drive a Ferrari of choice on the public roads if you wish to do so. After the tour, Ricci had one more surprise - he took us to Fiorano (the legendary test track of Ferrari). We saw the track from the distance, but he showed us the secret viewing point where car journalists and photographers go to photograph the new cars being tested. There were no cars on the track at the time, but it was still an amazing site. Even the drive back was fun. The roads around Modena are where Lamborghini test their new cars until they have done 100km, so you always see ones driving around, some in camouflage because they’re exclusively new and not on sale yet! It’s really exciting! The tour is expensive but you will enjoy it.
Very fantastic and valuable experience to visit the Motor Valley, very great tour. Professional guide!
Kiss From Italy, Cori, was fantastic to work with! We took the Motor Valley Tour and Cori flawless arranged our day and altered the itinerary so it worked for my family. The surprise for my husband was the opportunity to drive a Lamborghini during the tour for his 50th birthday gift. We ran into a glitch as he didn't have drivers license with him. Our guide Camile worked magic to get a photo of his license so he was able to drive. I don't know of many other guides who would have went through what she did to help. Our driver Simone was fantastic and most punctual. Overall the tour was wonderful. We toured Lamborghini and Ferrari museums, walked through Modena, ate a fabulous lunch at La Quercia di Rosa & learned how balsamic was made while we were there, and the day was completed with the Lamborghini drive. Thank you Kiss From Italy for making our last day of vacation a most memorable one!

For motor enthusiasts it's a must. A great factory tour at Ducati and museums of Ferrari and Lamborghini impressive.
