Prêt pour une expérience tout terrain locale à Bávaro, Punta Cana ? Commencez par un ranch traditionnel à Macao, véritable communauté dominicaine loin des zones complexes touristiques. Après l'enregistrement et une courte orientation de sécurité, profitez de dégustations de chocolat, café, thé et mamajuana, puis choisissez votre trajet. Buggy est facile à conduire et offre un plaisir boueux, VTT fournit une conduite plus technique avec moins d'éclaboussures, Kayo est l'option premium avec plus de puissance et de confort. Apportez un bandana et des lunettes de soleil, les sentiers peuvent être poussiéreux ou boueux selon la météo. Parcourez les sentiers tout-terrain de la campagne jusqu'à un cénote naturel à El Salado, faites un petit plongeon pour vous rafraîchir et prenez des photos rapides. Des vendeurs locaux indépendants peuvent être présents, dites simplement non, merci si cela ne vous intéresse pas. Continuez jusqu'à Macao Beach, détendez-vous, rincez-vous et prenez des photos, les vagues peuvent être fortes alors nagez avec précaution. Retournez au ranch pour voir et acheter des photos de visite et parcourir les souvenirs locaux, en option. Départs quotidiens à 8h30, 23h30 et 14h30.

Profitez de la prise en charge pratique à l'hôtel en camion safari ou en transport climatisé. Les itinéraires de ramassage peuvent inclure plusieurs stations balnéaires le long de la zone côtière avant d'arriver au ranch. Durée : 30–60 minutes (selon l’emplacement de l’hôtel et la saison)
Arrivez à notre ranch pour les consignes de sécurité, les décharges de responsabilité, l'attribution du véhicule et la préparation finale avant le début de votre aventure.
Parcourez les sentiers ruraux jusqu'à une plantation locale où vous découvrirez la production dominicaine de café, de cacao, de thé et de mamajuana, avec dégustations gratuites incluses.
Visitez une grotte d'eau douce cristalline pour nager, visiter et photographier. Des vendeurs indépendants peuvent être présents mais ne sont pas affiliés à la visite.
Continuez votre voyage hors route vers l'une des plages les plus emblématiques de Punta Cana pour vous détendre, vous rincer, prendre des photos et admirer la vue sur l'océan.
Retournez à travers les sentiers de campagne jusqu'au ranch pour des photos, des souvenirs (en option) et la préparation du départ.
Retournez le transport à votre hôtel ou au point de rendez-vous désigné. Les heures de dépôt varient en fonction de la distribution des clients et des conditions de circulation.

Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
La prise en charge est incluse dans tous les complexes de Bávaro, Punta Cana, Uvero Alto et Macao. Si vous séjournez à Cap Cana, vous devez vous rendre au Centre d'information de Cap Cana (porte de sécurité principale), qui sert de point de rendez-vous officiel. Dans la plupart des hôtels, la prise en charge se fait à la barrière de sécurité, pas dans le hall. Si vous séjournez dans un quartier Airbnb ou résidentiel, vous pouvez vous rendre au portique de sécurité de l'hôtel le plus proche ou à l'un de nos points de rendez-vous désignés. Vous pouvez également arriver directement au ranch si vous préférez venir par vous-même. Vous recevrez votre heure exacte de prise en charge et l'emplacement la nuit avant votre excursion. Les réservations le jour même sont acceptées. La prise en charge a généralement lieu 1 heure avant l'heure de votre visite, et jusqu'à 1 heure et 30 minutes en haute saison ou pour les hôtels éloignés. Veuillez être à votre point de ramassage assigné 10 minutes avant l'heure prévue. Le chauffeur appellera votre nom trois fois. Si vous n'êtes pas présent, cela sera considéré comme une non-présentation. Les non-présentations ne sont pas remboursables et ne peuvent être reportées.

Awesome experience for the price
We read the reviews carefully before booking this tour, and after experiencing it ourselves, we honestly don’t understand how it has such a high rating. We were the first pickup from our resort and spent nearly two hours getting to the actual tour location. Once we arrived, the organization felt somewhat chaotic, although I will say the staff seemed to be trying hard. The tour itself was extremely underwhelming. We drove to a location to taste a few things, then went to a beach that was overwhelmed with aggressive vendors and salespeople. It did not feel relaxing or enjoyable. The final stop was a cave, where we were supposed to have about 20 minutes. It took what felt like most of that time just getting down the stairs. After waiting and walking for so long, we eventually turned around rather than continue. We stopped and bought a few empanadas from a local vendor instead — and honestly, those empanadas were the best part of the entire tour. We have taken a similar tour before, and this experience doesn't come close to comparing. Losing essentially an entire vacation day to this was extremely disappointing. I’m still genuinely shocked to see a 4.9-star rating with hundreds of reviews. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend this tour, and I regret booking it. I also wish there were an option to receive a refund when a tour falls this far short of expectations. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will think twice before booking another Viator tour.

Overall the excursion could've been executed better. The pricepoint is really good compared to other companies. Here are the issues that could've been avoided... 1. Transport: The truck was 30 mins late which meant the tour became rushed. Also, there wasn't enough seats in the truck so many people had to squish together and ride uncomfortably. 2. Beach: We spent 30 mins on the beach which was a waste of time. All the guests were from resorts that already have a beach. 3. Cenote: The cave was supposed to be the highlight. However, we literally spent 5 mins there due to time. Only 3 people were able to into the water. At least 20 - 30 mins should've been allocated to the cenote.
Overall great experience . Spending extra got us a private experience for family of 5. Maceo beach definitely had way too many pushy vendors. Cenote was packed , wish that wasn’t so busy. We did have one vehicle break yet they got a replacement one to us within minutes

As I type this I'm sitting on the bus back to our resort after 8 hours of being trapped on this tour. They took me and my friends off our ATVs after 2 stops - one of which was a tourist trap to buy mamajuana and cigars while other was a beach where solicitors swarm you to buy photos and souvenirs. Shockingly long amounts of time spent in transportation and stuck at their gift shop.
We strongly disagree with this characterization. At no point were you or your group “trapped” for 8 hours. This is a shared excursion with round-trip transportation, which includes pickups and drop-offs for multiple guests and is separate from the activity duration. The stops you described are part of the advertised itinerary, including the typical Dominican house and Macao Beach. Purchases of mamajuana, cigars, photos, souvenirs, or any other products are entirely optional. Vendors at Macao Beach are independent and are not employees of our company. We respect that the experience may not have met your personal expectations, but describing scheduled stops and shared transportation as being “trapped” is inaccurate and creates a misleading impression for future travelers.
Great private excursion. The weather in Aug was amazing with just enough rain to make it nice and muddy for the kids. The beach and cenote was incredible! Watch out for the upsell and the vendors. They will take you over the coals with prices. Just pass and keep walking. Photographer was great! Pictures are high but affordable for the quality. All in all, it’s a great time for all.
