Sur le chemin du retour, vous pourrez profiter du magnifique coucher de soleil sur la mer des Caraïbes et notre personnel veillera à ce que votre voyage soit inoubliable.

Navigation à travers la mer des Caraïbes jusqu'à l'arrivée à Isla Mujeres, où vous pourrez explorer l'océan en plongée en apnée, dans l'une des plus belles réserves naturelles des Caraïbes, "El Meco Nature Reserve" abritant différentes espèces de poissons, tortues et vie marine. À Islas Mujeres, vous aurez du temps libre pour vous promener dans les rues de l'île, admirer les peintures murales de la vie marine, prendre des photos avec les monuments ou acheter des souvenirs. The crew was number one. Load the spirit and fun with a load of energy. I cannot say enough about the crew and how attentive they were to people especially us.
The staff goal is for everyone to have fun while being safe at all times They love what they do and they share the energy so everyone can feel welcome to join in for the fun
This is my second time doing this excursion and I have to say that the first time was extremely more organized and fun. I’m not sure what changed but first the went smoothly where as this time I had to wait for and 2 hours to get on the boat. After which the instructor spoke limited English when I had chosen an English tour. Then the instructor was rude and snatched flippers out of my hand after another helper was giving them to me. The drinks were lack luster and music was terrible. I would not recommend using this excursion any more.
You arrive later for check in and missed your catamaran, we managed to put you on the next one so you don't miss the tour The guides spoke english during all the safety instructions and during the enterteinment You were handed flippers that weren't your propper size and another guide notice and changed them, there weren't "snatched" The drinks didn't change and the music was party songs We are sorry that you didn't liked it as much as before, however, nothing change in the tour
I give a 5 star because the 11am ride back to cancun was peaceful with a gorgeous sunset. The lunch was not good but the service and the vibe made up for it. We did not dance or had an actual party vibe with our group. Snorkeling was good enough with great weather.

I felt like when we went to snorkel we were being guarded by a drill sergeant. No time allowed to actually see much and enjoy snorkeling. Very disappointed.
The staff cares and wants to everyone to be safe at all times and there is an itinerary to follow This is not a snorkeling tour, this is a catamaran tour that focus on party, not snorkeling
Nice trip!! We rented golf carts on the island which I can only recommend to see more of the island. Do a minimum of 2 hours. Well worth it

The experience of partying with people from all parts of the country. It was a memorable experience that I will never forget.

The crew was engaging, fun, danced and told jokes. However service for drinks was slow and alcholic drinks could not taste the liquor. The michealadas were really good. The snorkeling was fun, the water beautiful, isla mujures water amazing !!! Lunch was okay.

This felt rushed and unorganized. The whole process appeared to be a tourist trap of selling you something whether it was photos, upgrades or tequila. The buffet food was awful and lacked services such as drinks. The ice house had a terrible smell and sanitation was questionable. On the island people were swimming, wading next to docked boats and there were no beach chairs. The smell was just as bad on the beach. I would not recommend this tour instead take the ferry to the isla mujeres.

Isla Mujeres is a turistic place and there will be something to purchase everywhere, the photos, upgrades and expensive drinks are optional, it's always an option to say no There were beach chairs, the beach is there for people to swim in and we can't make them leave We'll take your comments to improve the service

Loved the Open Bar, great music and the staff was superb. Snorkeling in open water was a bit short & uneventful; I thought we were gonna do another location to snorkel from beach area (& see turtles +). Lunch/snacks were good although we had an unexpected jewelry shopping stop that maybe cut into our beach time. We did do an Upgrade because we wanted some shade & a seat if we chose.
