The boat was NOT as pictured. Super raggedy, dirty and the speakers were blown so they sounded awful! There’s a ‘taxi’ boat that takes you to the real boat but that’s not in the description. All renters use the same taxi so you just stand around and wait your turn on the dock. I tried to reach out to the company and I sent pics of the boat’s condition but I was completely ignored. The captain and mate were the only bright spot of the whole transaction.
This was a terrible experience. The captain was almost 2 hours late and the boat was filthy . The boat had ants everywhere , carpet was filthy , the fridge was dirty and the interior was all Cracked and torn .
The yacht rental was not exactly what was advertised. The title was 52’ Yacht with experienced Captain. We found out after in small print it said you have to pay for the captain separately. The boat is old and not clean. The front has no cushions so it’s not very comfortable. We were a small group and there was not enough comfortable seating for everyone on the outside of the boat. We had a great day because the Captain and mate were great. But I wouldn’t go back on this particular Yacht. We like the sun and the only comfortable seating was covered.
If you are in miami looking for a boat. Get it here. Its amazinggggg! We had a group of 12 and it was the highlight of our trip. The captain & the staff was great. Will most definitely book again.
The captain and first mate were awesome to work with. Would definitely do it again. Booking was a little confusing, but we got it worked out.
