Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre hébergement au centre-ville de Panama City pour vous rendre en voiture à la rivière Chagres, en soulignant plusieurs points d'intérêt sur le chemin, où nous prendrons un bateau et entrerons dans le canal de Panama. Nous passerons devant d'immenses navires et découvrirons l'ampleur et l'importance de cette magnifique merveille d'ingénierie. À l'intérieur du canal, au lac Gatun, nous arriverons à un groupe d'îles dans une zone protégée afin de voir autant d'espèces d'animaux que possible, parmi lesquelles des singes, des crocodiles, des oiseaux, des iguanes, des paresseux et autres. Vous identifierez les animaux et développerez votre vision pour les repérer. C'est une expérience extraordinaire et mémorable, complètement en plein air et que vous apprécierez beaucoup ! Remarque : cette excursion se déroule à l'extérieur (jungle et lac), il n'y a donc pas accès à des toilettes, il est suggéré d'utiliser la salle de bain avant l'heure de prise en charge qui sera informée la veille de l'excursion.

A great morning out on the canal
This was one of the best excursions of my lifetime. Our tour guide, Fernando promptly picked us up from our hotel. He was an awesome tour guide sharing a wealth of knowledge about the monkey habitats, boats in the canal and other wildlife in the Panama Canal. He drove us to lake Gatun to board a boat for cruising up the canal to the islands. The boat trip was relaxing as we passed other boats and massive ships in the canal. Fernando was passionate about sharing the history of the area. We saw monkeys, sloths, turtles, iguanas, tropical birds and alligators. Fernando and the boat driver worked together to ensure we had time to interact (on board) with the monkeys. We also learned a lot about the Panama Canal. Overall, the boat tour lasted about 3 hours and was fantastic. I highly recommend the tour to all visiting Panama City.

This tour was well worth the money! We were picked up by our tour guide, Ruben, at our hotel and driven through Panama City and national parks on our way to Gatun Lake. Ruben provided informative commentary and interesting facts all along the way. At the lake, we boarded a covered speedboat and sped across it, passing ships on their way to the canal locks. Once we arrived at monkey Island, we were able to see three different species of monkey, along with a crocodile, iguana, sloth, bats, and a gigantic ant hill. We were able to directly feed the first 2 species of monkeys as they would grab peanuts or bananas out of our hands! It was such a cool experience – one that we will never forget!

Our driver was Ricardo and he is literally the best. Best driver and best tour guide. He made sure everyone had a great time. We had a small group of 5 and it was perfect.we got to feed soany species of monkeys I recommend this tour for everyone of all ages, but if you can ask for RICARDO!
