Excursion d'une journée à St Andrews, Dunfermline et la côte de Fife
Description
Au cours de cette visite de 8 heures, vous pourrez visiter The Home of Golf, St Andrews, ainsi que quelques faits saillants sur le chemin. Notre premier arrêt hors d'Edimbourg sera à South Queensferry, la ville porte d'entrée de Fife et de St Andrews. Traversant le Firth of Forth, notre prochain arrêt est à Dunfermline Abbey, lieu de sépulture des anciens rois et reines écossais. A proximité se trouve le lieu de naissance d'Andrew Carnegie, une fois l'homme le plus riche du monde. En nous arrêtant brièvement dans l'un des petits villages de pêcheurs côtiers, nous nous dirigerons vers St Andrews. Une fois à St Andrews, votre chauffeur / guide vous fera visiter la ville en vous indiquant les points forts. Vous serez alors libre de parcourir le Old Course et de vous faire prendre en photo au pont Swilcan, tout comme un professionnel. Vous pouvez ensuite vous promener dans les jardins de la cathédrale St Andrews, de l'université ou tout simplement vous faire plaisir avec un petit déjeuner ou une thérapie de détail dans cette charmante petite ville. Une fois votre visite de St Andrews terminée, nous retournerons à Édimbourg.

We spent two days traveling around Edinburgh and the Highlands. Stephen was Fabulous!! He’s so fun and very knowledgeable and picked the best spots for us to visit and Terrific Restaurants. St. Andrew’s was unreal❤️❤️❤️ It was such a great time we could not have picked a better guide. We love him!!! Thank you Stephen.

Hands down one of the best tour guides I have had ANYWHERE. It really helps that Stephen is an Edinburgh local. He knows his city and country like the back of his hand, and is such a personable guy. You feel like he's your new best friend after about an hour of chatting with him. Sometimes it can be awkward doing a tour in a new country, because you feel like you're going to say or do the wrong thing, or ask a dumb question, but he makes it so fun, with snacks, jokes and plenty of bathroom breaks. He is always concerned about your comfort and anticipates your needs for a coffee break, or wanting to stop to stretch and get fresh air. It's more like driving around with an old friend who wants to show you how great his country is. I cannot recommend him enough for personable service and beautiful drives around the most beautiful country in the world. I'm ready to book another trip soon to see other parts of the country!

Stephan took us on two bespoke tours. One to Stirling Castle, stopping at several of our ancestors birth places and the second day to St Andrew’s. He also did our airport transfers. All were fantastic. I highly recommend Stephan’s tours. They are awesome!

Andy was amazing! He was so accommodating and easy to work with. We had a wedding and he picked us up and took us to the wedding destination. But we wanted to stop at a few places along the drive. He was so easy to work with in picking what places made the most sense and made sure everything timed out well so we arrived to our final destination on time. We will be using him again next time we go to Scotland and recommending him to all our friends and family!

We were 6 people with varying interests. Andy spent months emailing me options and working with us to create the perfect trip. We ended up with 6 days trips since everything he suggested sounded wonderful. Andy picked us up every morning from our air bnb And dropped us at night. He had an itinerary but was always flexible when we asked for a detour or a request to stay longer in an area to relax or have a nice lunch or shop. He arranged for all lunches at wonderful non touristy places. His personality was lovely. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed spending time with him. Friendly and knowledgeable are 2 adjectives to describe him. I would recommend him with 10 stars if that was an option. Thank you Andy for a very memorable and wonderful trip.

Andy our guide was amazing. He made our trip unforgettable. It was truly an amazing day and the highlight of our 8 day trip. He was so accommodating and patient with our group of 6. The stop at Dunfermline Abbey was breathtaking. Of course, St Andrews did not disappoint. Only 1 out of our group of 6 is a golfer and still say this tour was hands down the best! If you get Andy, you will be guaranteed an amazing day.

Andy took my wife and me on a tour to St. Andrews from Edinburgh. I can truly say in all our traveling and tours, Andy was the best. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a delightful person to be with and around. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting the "best".

Andy of Edinburgh cab tours gave us a great tour that he customized to our requests. We saw everything that we wanted and more. Very easy going and knowledgeable and he knew all the unique out of the way places to get great photos. Overall an excellent guide that I would highly recommend! We will be using him again on our next trip to Scotland.
