Enjoyed the experience a lot. Very friendly guide and knowledgeable. Very accomodative. Only disappointed with lunch. One course meal. By Viator standards it should have been at least 2 course with good ambience. It was a private tour and expensive too! Used Viator many times and never been disappointed before😞
Dear Ms Nirmal, Thank you for the review. We are glad that you enjoyed the tour but not the lunch. We will improve on this field and thanks for the advise. Warm regards, Gladwin 180225
Our driver Murali, was excellent in driving and speaking English on our tour today. He knows so much about the history of Kuala Lumpur and our day just flew by! He was late picking us up because of an accident-that is why I shorted him a star. Thank you Murali🙏🏻
We had a great time exploring the Batu Caves and the stop at the Batik factory was cool. We loved going to the Royal Selangor Factory but wish it would have been an add on to to the School of Hard Knocks. We were disappointed that we just drove through Little India and China Town so decided to have our driver drop us off in China Town.
Dear Ms Hillary, Thank you for the review We will try to improve on the Little India and Chinatown drops. Warm regards, Gladwin - 281123 11.21 pm
Visit once a year on Hindu festival day. It was quite crowded and hard to breathe, but despite the crowd, I rarely bump into people, and the sense of distance between people gives the Japanese a comfortable feeling, so I don't feel uncomfortable. But if you're not good at being surrounded by foreign crowds, you might want to avoid festival days because most of the people are Hindu. It was a good experience to be exposed to raw culture.
Thank you for a true report of the annual THaipusam festival of the Hindus. You are a very 'give and take person' and care for others. Thank you for your review which is an eye opener for us. Take care and be safe, Gladwin 260423 - 7.50 am
Awesome day sightseeing and learning about KL and its attractions. Our guide was very accommodating and shared his knowledge of the city and its many attractions. This was my second visit to KL (partner's first) and I was happy to visit areas I had not seen before so it was interesting for the two of us. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to get the most out of a day learning about and seeing as much of KL as possible.
Thank you Mr Alf & Ms Samantha for your kind and satisfying review. Take care and have great days ahead. Gladwin - 11 Nov 2019 - 7.30pm
This was a tour conducted by DGP Transport. The only issue that occurred was connecting with our tour guide when my Daughter and I landed in Malaysia. This was not his fault but the person who was hired to find us. She had a terrible attitude. Once we found out guide, we had a very informative and enjoyable time. It became a Private tour because no one else booked the tour on that date. I appreciated the fact that they didn't cancel. Our guide took us to a number of very interesting sites including BATU caves, Pretronas towers (great photo op), and he let us choose the type of food we wanted. The food was fantastic and he also made sure that we were able to choose whatever we wanted from the menu. This was included in the price of the tour. We also had wonderful non alcoholic local drinks that included ice and we didn't get sick. It was a very hot and humid day, but we were always presented with free bottles of cold water by our guide. Fair warning, you will be taken to a number of local businesses - chocolate factory, batik store, Pewter factory - but they are not high pressure sales people. I highly recommend this tour to get a very good overview of the Kaula Lumpur.
Dear Madam, Thank you for the informative review. The Batik and Pewter visits are educational as well as a souvenir run. As for Chocolate visit, I will look into it.Paging at the airport is a nightmare as we are do not have parking bays for tourist vehicles. Hence we employ an airport rep to help and pay a fee. And it so happened we had one who got off the wrong side of the bed. Our sincere apologies M'am. We have taken her off. Thank you and I am glad you had a wonderful time. Gladwin - 061019 - 6.10pm.
This was a great day tour to see the must see highlights of KL. Our guide Ram was very enthusiastic and informative and couldn’t have wished for someone better to show us what KL has to offer!
Thank you greatly for your comments. Much appreciated. We always strive to give you our jeweled tourists all we can - go that extra mile always. You come all the way to see my country and isn't it my duty to give you the best.? We here in MALAYSIA are extremely happy that you enjoyed our services. We are here to stay with this kind at all times. Warm regards Gladwin
Guide was very good , he explained everything well. We covered all good stops as expected . The lunch was very good .
Thank you for your kind comments. Much appreciated. Lunch on the Banana Leaf is an experience par excellence. Its a cultural encounter of Indian origin having to eat with fingers. Isn't that a take home experience.
We had a good time with our guide Ram. He was so interactive and engaging us in conversations. We got to know about Malaysian history from him. The tour went well and yes, the lunch was really good.
Thank you sir for the wonderful review. Much appreciated and God BLESS yOU
I originally booked this tour in order to see some things that weren't included on the half-day tour I had done the previous day -- specifically Batu Caves and Royal Selangor pewter factory. When I met my guide, Robert, I explained the situation to him and he immediately began brainstorming alternatives to the things I had already seen. He asked me about my specific interests, offered suggestions, and developed a new itinerary for me as we drove to Batu Caves. He catered to my preferences seamlessly and put together an excellent tour.
