Bentota est une station balnéaire sur la côte sud-ouest du Sri Lanka. Sa longue plage de Bentota s'étend au nord, où elle devient une bande de sable connue sous le nom de Paradise Island, parallèle à la lagune de Bentota. Les sites de plongée riches en corail incluent Canoe Rock. Sur la rivière Bentota, le temple Galapota, vieux de plusieurs siècles, possède une grande statue de Bouddha. Au sud-est, Lunuganga, le domaine et les jardins de l'architecte Geoffrey Bawa. Northeast est le Brief Garden de son frère Bevis.

Après le transfert des tortues pour profiter du safari en bateau sur la rivière Madu Ganga, dans ce safari en bateau, vous explorerez des animaux et des poissons disparus, des plantes aquatiques et de belles mangroves. Vous pourrez également vous faire masser les pieds de poisson au milieu de la rivière (paiement direct par le client)
Ensuite, visitez Mithiyagoda Moonstone Mine, vous pourrez découvrir le véritable processus de mime de Moonstone et également acheter de la vraie pierre de lune à moitié prix dans toute autre usure, car il s'agit d'une véritable usine. Dans le monde, peu d'endroits ont Moonstone. Mithiyagoda est l'un des seuls endroits au Sri Lanka.

Le fort de Galle, ou fort hollandais comme on l'appelle également, est une fortification d'abord construite par les Portugais sur la côte sud-ouest du Sri Lanka. Les fortifications initiales, qui ont été construites à la fin du XVIe siècle, étaient assez basiques. Cependant, le fort a subi d'importantes modifications au XVIIe siècle par les Hollandais, ce qui en fait l'un des monuments archéologiques, architecturaux et historiques les plus importants pour illuminer l'influence européenne en Asie du Sud-Est entre les XVIe et XIXe siècles. Selon une déclaration de l'UNESCO, le site a été reconnu comme site du patrimoine mondial pour son exposition unique d'un ensemble urbain qui illustre l'interaction de l'architecture européenne et des traditions sud-asiatiques du XVIe au XIXe siècle, qui est la quatrième critique pour une telle reconnaissance. .

This day tour to Galle and Bentota from Colombo and Negombo was a very enjoyable and well-organised experience. From the beginning, everything ran smoothly, and the journey along the southern coast was comfortable and scenic. My tour guide, Raja, was excellent throughout the day. He was knowledgeable, polite, and very attentive, providing clear explanations about the history, culture, and significance of the places we visited. Visiting the historic Galle Fort was a highlight. Raja explained the background of the fort and its colonial past in an engaging way, while also allowing enough free time to explore, take photographs, and enjoy the atmosphere at our own pace. Bentota offered a relaxing coastal contrast to Galle, and the itinerary was well balanced without feeling rushed. Raja was always mindful of timing, comfort, and individual preferences, which made the experience very pleasant. Transport was comfortable, and the driving was safe and professional. Overall, this tour exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this experience and Raja as a guide to anyone staying in Colombo or Negombo who wants a well-planned, informative, and enjoyable day trip along Sri Lanka’s southern coast.

Thoroughly enjoyed the day heading down to Galle with Raja with plenty of stops along the way. Particularly enjoyed the river tour and Galle. Could've skipped the Gem stop as I'd already experienced it elsewhere in Sri Lanka. A bit more time in Galle would have been nice to have more time to explore. The other part that would be helpful is an indication of cost for the optional activities to help travellers not feel like they're being overcharged, especially when taken to different places to the ones specified in the itinerary.

I would have started in Galle and then made my way back to Negombo In other words drive right to Galle from Negombo and work our way back.

Bring a hat and plenty of water. It can be VERY hot on river boat. guide was excellent. Interesting but long ride from Colombo
Raja was our excellent driver and tour guide. We embarked on a day trip to Galle, nestled in the southern region of Sri Lanka. The water shimmered with an enchanting beauty, and the sights were nothing short of breathtaking. Though the day was long and tiring, it was absolutely worth every moment. Thank you Raja.
We hired a 10 seater, Micro Tourer van from Bookingmart Holidays, for our 8 days Sri Lanka Trip. We were a group of 7 male friends from New Delhi, India. We were on the ‘Ramayana Trail Trip’ i.e. touring cities like Nuwara Eliya, Ella, etc. The driver Maheeshan was polite and punctual. He was on time at the Colombo AirPort to pick us up. The van condition and it’s AC was quiet good. He kept the van neat and clean, washing it daily after the trip. There was a complimentary Wi-Fi in the van for all of us, whose speed/strength was quiet good, and we were able to use the free WhatsApp calls facility from Sri Lanka to India. Overall we were well satisfied with the services and would strongly recommend their services to others. Thanks
