Highly recommend Chiara and Viator for this convenient transfer to Florence!! We did not opt in to the tasting/tour options so cannot comment but had fantastic communication prior to the tour and our tour guide, Chiara, was excellent! She gave us good information about Florence what to see/do including a map with a suggested route to hit the highlights in the time. Very heblpful! She was clear about the meeting point and instructions and was an utterly charming guide. Great value for the price…highly recommend!!
Great experience! We planned ahead before our trip and purchased tickets in advance for Santa Maria del Fiore, including access to the 463-step climb to the top. The views were absolutely worth it. That said, I wouldn't spend time waiting in the long line just to see the cathedral's interior. If you only have about four hours in Florence, there are many other beautiful churches, museums, and historic sites that are a better use of your limited time.

Overall the tour was very good. Elena was great at responding to questions on the WhatsApp chat providing assurance we would get back to the cruise ship with time to spare - this was spot on. Ariana and Ricardo made sure the whole group got to Florence and back with no disasters. There was a delay at the beginning whilst we waited for another cruise ship passengers to arrive where we didn’t leave until 10am but we still had plenty of time n Florence.

Ariadna was very kind and friendly. Although more than an excursion, it is a transfer. The tasting was delicious. Ariadna's directions were very clear and helped us explore the city at our own pace.
We arrived by ship and took the transfer from the port to the city. On the way back, we were also dropped off directly at the ship. It was a successful day in Florence. Our tour guide Ariana and the bus driver were both very nice and provided a lot of information.
