Après avoir rencontré votre chauffeur à votre bateau au port de Livourne, pendant les 90 minutes de route pour rejoindre Greve in Chianti, (le village le plus célèbre de la campagne du Chianti Classico), il vous expliquera tous les détails de votre journée, pour être sûr de l'horaire répond à vos besoins. Une fois à Greve in Chianti, lieu de naissance du célèbre explorateur toscan Giovanni da Verrazzano, le toscan qui a découvert le port de New York, admirez la Piazza Matteotti, une place en pente douce qui est le centre de la vie à Greve; visitez les nombreux magasins locaux et cavistes, dont la célèbre boucherie Falorni ou l'Enoteca Le Cantine (l'un des plus grands cavistes de Toscane)
Après la visite de Greve in Chianti, partez pour 30 minutes de route à travers l'une des plus belles routes des vins d'Italie, pleine de collines, d'immenses vignobles et d'oliviers, typiques de la région du Chianti Classico.
Sur le chemin de la cave, admirez le charmant village toscan de Panzano in Chianti, situé exactement à mi-chemin entre Florence et Sienne, avec la courbure de Santa Maria Assunta et l'imposante tour du château.
Votre expérience à la cave commencera par une introduction sur l'histoire du domaine, suivie de la visite des anciennes caves à vin avec les explications sur le processus de vinification, et tous les secrets pour produire le vin rouge Chianti et l'huile d'olive toscane , célèbre dans le monde entier. Après la visite, installez-vous et dégustez différents vins (Chianti Classico, Riserva, Super Toscans, etc.) et l'huile d'olive, l'un des ingrédients les plus importants de la cuisine italienne.
En alternative, dans le cas où Fattoria Montecchio n'est pas disponible pour votre date, la visite suivie de la dégustation de vin se fera à la Casa Emma, une autre cave située au sommet d'une colline située dans la même région (la terre de la campagne du Chianti Classico).
Pour les gourmands, à seulement 5 minutes des vignobles, il y a un restaurant familial appelé La Locanda di Pietracupa, où vous pourrez déguster l'un des meilleurs et les plus authentiques plats de la Toscane, accompagné d'une grande sélection de vins locaux. Ceci est juste une option au cas où vous aimeriez déjeuner dans un restaurant; étant évidemment le déjeuner à vos frais, vous êtes libre de décider où dîner, ou de sauter le restaurant et de manger quelque chose plus vite ailleurs.
Selon votre intérêt personnel, la journée se poursuivra à travers les routes / villages toscans typiques, avant d'être déposé à l'heure idéale à votre bateau dans le port de Livourne

Terrific experience beautiful countryside amazing wineries had a great time! The van could use a microphone or some sort of PA system because in the back you really couldn't hear anything the driver was saying. But not his fault. Would do again absolutely and might even book a stay at the first Winery or even the second! They both had lodging options it appeared.

went with my daughter yesterday and it was just a perfect day in every way. Our host Jason was amazing, a great combination of knowledgeable information and fun. He really enhanced the experience by providing a really fun atmosphere. All 3 venues were excellent with beautiful wine and food at all 3. The stop off in the little town was also very nice. This is a day very worth doing. You will have the best time.
From the moment we handed our voucher to the lovely lady at the reception desk, we knew this was going to be a very special day. The Chianti wine region is absolutely breathtaking, the vineyards are stunning, and the wines we tasted were simply exquisite. But what truly made this excursion unforgettable were our driver, Mike, and our guide, Raf. They are exactly where they belong. Their professionalism, passion, energy, and sense of humor transformed a wonderful tour into an extraordinary experience. From beginning to end, it was a nonstop stream of laughter, emotions, fascinating stories, and unforgettable moments. We have taken many excursions over the years, but we can honestly say this was the very best we have ever experienced. Without question, this became the absolute highlight of our entire trip and that’s saying a lot because we’ve had an amazing vacation. Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the flawless organization, the spectacular scenery, the incredible wines, an exceptional guide, an outstanding driver, and a wonderful group of fellow travelers. The atmosphere on the bus was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. It truly felt like everything aligned to create the perfect day. Our only disappointment? We can’t give more than 5 stars. Loved it. Leo our guide, was great. Very knowledgeable and interesting. All three wineries were different and all very enjoyable. A little stop off in Greve was a bonus too. Four tastings at first one with snacks, second with lunch and the third one was huge.we were a small group(only four of us) and we tried six very different wines. Also small snacks. It was a relief to go up into the hills for a breeze. Temperature in Florence town hit 39! And the views were to die for.
What an amazing experience to visit the Chianti region and Tuscan countryside. The trip alone had us looking out at gorgeous vistas. The wines were fantastic and being able to see some very old bottles of wine in the cellars was great. What made this exceptional was Nino (driver) and Matteo (our guide). He gave us so much information along the way which made it super educational. Would do this again!

Jason was hilarious and did an amazing job making the 40min bus ride with Nino driving go by fast & fun. He also took some amazing pics of our group. Prestige Rent Winery Tour was a great experience. Matteo, our guide, was funny, energetic, and a great storyteller. He kept the tour fun and even helped take professional-looking photos of us along the way. Stefano, our driver, was excellent and made everyone feel safe navigating those narrow Tuscan roads. The bus was comfortable, with charging ports, AC, and WiFi, making the ride easy and relaxing. We visited Fattoria Montecchio first, then Casa Emma just a short ride away. It was a wonderful day discovering Tuscan wine, made even better by Matteo and Stefano. Highly recommend.
