Excursion d'une journée en jeep Nordeste avec déjeuner inclus

We did a full day jeep tour with Eduardo and loved it. He took us through the jungle route (instead of the coastal route) which I would recommend if you have a car, because there will be plenty of other opportunities to see the coast in the back half of the tour and with your car. Eduardo really made our day. What a fun, lively, interesting, and caring guy. We were enjoying ourselves so much that it wasn’t until the next day that I considered that we didn’t get to see two mountain top lookout views because they were blocked by fog (a common problem, by the way). So go, go with Eduardo.

Our guide Eduardo was exceptional. He changed our itinerary around based on what we have seen before on our previous trip and what he could show us that we couldn't get to in our rental car. He is a very positive person with a great attitude towards nature and the islands heritage. We saw and learnt so much on this trip. Eduardo was such a good guide that we requested him the next day for another trip.

Eduardo is a fantastic tour guide! This was my second tour with him. Because it was just the two of us, Eduardo allowed me to take as much or as little time at each view point as I wanted. The atmosphere was very relaxed at all times, which is just what I needed from the activity. Whenever we made a stop, Eduardo seemed to know and be friends with several people along the way. I think that speaks very well to his character, and his amiable nature lends well towards being a tour guide. I pray he never loses his spark and love for nature and animals. Highly recommended!

I did the full day Nordeste tour with guides Mariano and Serginho. I highly recommend, friendly and with a lot of knowledge of the island.

Mario, our guide was phenomenal! He had so much knowledge about the island! The jeep tour was great because we got to see parts of the island that others couldn’t access. Lunch was a buffet of fresh local foods. It was a small group of 5 guests.

Mario B was the absolute best Jeep driver and tourguide we had in the Azores. The experience was amazing. The Discovery Jeeps we rugged and ready to take us up to the craters. The views were breathtaking. We felt like we saw most of what is consideraed 'a must' in Sao Miguel. We learned so much, from history to botany to local culture. The lunch was some of the best local cuisine we had on our Azorean vacation. I honestly can't recommend this trip enough. It really was the highlight of our vacation.

Today this Jeep tour done with Romanian: excellent driver and very informative guide. Really off the beaten track through this lesser known part of Sao Miguel. Had excellent lunch (buffet) in a folk restaurant on the way. In short, highly recommended if you like some adventure.
