Excursion d'une journée à Bruges au départ d'Amsterdam

I actually missed my trip as I got stuck in another country due to flt issues and was not able to make the trip at all I’m sure it would have been fabulous 😢

It is a long day. Our guide did not speak fluent English. Lots of landmarks were not explained at all. We were left to find our own way back to the bus which was scary. The legroom in the bus itself was very cramped. Toilet stops were unsatisfactory- dirty with no toilet paper.

I purchased the bus tour with boat. The bus ride was easy, the driver and guide (Nico) were good and very nice - they didn't chat much during the 3+ hour ride. Bruges was really cute but much bigger than I was expecting and really really crowded. I was told that I just need to show my ticket to the Boat attendants and they would scan my ticket - the first two places to board the boat told me that they did not take my kind of ticket (you have to stand in the long line to get a paper ticket first) - The third place said that they are able to take my ticket but it was too busy and I would have to come back later in the day. At that point it was going to be too late so unfortunately I never got to take the boat. :( So if you add the boat tour make sure to do that first. It is a long day, it was about 13 hours for us. All in all I I'm glad I went.

​5/5 Stars – Fantastic Day Trip to Bruges! ​We had an incredible trip to Bruges, and a huge part of that was thanks to our wonderful team, Mr. Maritoni and Mr. Gabriel! ​Our guide, Mr. Gabriel, was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and brought the history of Bruges to life with great storytelling. He made sure the group stayed together, gave fantastic local tips for free time, and was always happy to answer questions. ​Our driver, Mr. Maritoni, provided a smooth, safe, and incredibly comfortable ride. He kept everything perfectly on schedule and navigated the route effortlessly. ​Together, they made the entire experience seamless, organized, and stress-free. Highly recommended to anyone looking to explore Bruges!

Long long long bus trip. We left at 8:20 am and get back to the starting point until 8:40 pm. Trip not really as described Booked the English trip but ended up on a bus where commentary was English then Spanish. Gabrielle however was a great guide.

We had a fantastic tour! Our driver and guide (Rafita GY )were both wonderful—very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire experience. The tour was well organized, enjoyable, and informative. We learned so much and had a great time exploring. Highly recommended!

It was a four hour drive to get there, while the description said it was only a three hour drive. When we finally arrived at 12:30, we went straight into the guided tour of the city with no opportunity for lunch. After such a long drive, there needs to be a time scheduled for people to eat. The tour went until 3:00, meaning we did not get food until close to 3:30. The tour was fine, but our guide was very difficult to understand. We were supposed to have three hours of free time in the city, but we only had one and a half, and had to spend much of that walking back to the bus to make sure we were there to leave on time. We did not arrive back in Amsterdam until after nine pm. In a city where most restaurants close at this time, this is not acceptable. We did not get dinner after already having to wait several hours for lunch. Bruges is a fun city to see, but it was ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH the drive to get there. I wish we had stayed in Amsterdam for the day.

Loved Bruges and would highly recommend to anyone. Only reason I didn't give a 5 was ours was a combined English/Spanish tour and the guide on the bus didn't speak English very well and it was hard to understand her. Our Bruges guide Leah, was excellent. She was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good information

Pouring rain, waited an hour, the tour bus was a no show. No contact details for Viator. The tour didn’t even appear on “past and cancelled” on the wesite. Don’t even know how to apply for a refund. Maybe it was a scam

Very disappointed. Followed link on Viator on to Apple Maps and it took us to the wrong location. Missed the bus by 2 minutes when we switched to the link on Google Maps. Frustrating calls to phone number listed in the reservation did not connect us with the tour operator.
