Commencez votre aventure par un départ matinal de Paris en bus confortable. Préparez-vous pour une journée remplie d'histoire, de culture et de paysages magnifiques en parcourant la campagne pittoresque du Nord de la France.
Arrivée à Omaha Beach, un des sites clés du Débarquement. Explorez ce monument historique avec votre guide, qui donnera vie aux événements du 6 juin 1944. En longeant le sable, vous verrez des sculptures commémoratives qui rendent hommage aux soldats qui ont sacrifié leur vie pour la liberté. Le guide donnera un aperçu de l'importance d'Omaha Beach et du rôle qu'elle a joué dans la libération de l'Europe pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.
La pointe du Hoc est une falaise située sur la côte normande, en France, qui fut un point stratégique clé pendant le Débarquement lors de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Il se trouve entre les plages d'Omaha et de l'Utah, et a été fortifié par les Allemands avec des bunkers et de l'artillerie lourde.
Après une expérience émouvante à Omaha Beach, le voyage se poursuit en direction du Mont Saint-Michel, un lieu chargé d’histoire et de beauté médiévale.
À votre arrivée au Mont Saint-Michel, vous aurez du temps libre pour déjeuner et explorer la région. Nous vous recommandons vivement de dîner au restaurant La Salicorne à La Caserne pour goûter leur célèbre omelette au soufflé, une délicieuse spécialité locale. C'est le moment idéal pour se détendre, profiter de l'atmosphère unique de l'île, et préparer la prochaine partie de votre visite.
Après le déjeuner, plongez dans la magie du Mont Saint-Michel en explorant son abbaye emblématique ( si vous choisissez l'option avec entrée à l'abbaye ). Merveille d'architecture et de spiritualité gothiques, ce site classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO est un lieu de pèlerinage depuis le VIIIe siècle. Promenez-vous dans les superbes salles et chapelles de l'abbaye et admirez la vue imprenable sur les battures depuis ses terrasses. Vous aurez également le temps de flâner dans les rues pittoresques et médiévales qui serpentent autour de l’abbaye, de découvrir des joyaux cachés et de vous imprégner du charme intemporel de cette île remarquable.

This trip was a tour to Normandy and Mount Saint Michel. Excellent driver, very helpful, and nice. Luis Gutierrez, our tour guide did an exceptional job. Very engaged, very knowledgeable and personable. Was a very interesting trip.
The abbey itself is gorgeous; with great views. It was a little crowded, but manageable. The steps to the abbey and sand along the Normandy beaches are very difficult and not suited for people with physical disabilities that affect walking. The tour is also very long, and not ideal for first-time travelers/those not used to long bus journeys. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, making for a wonderful experience.

It was wonderful! Fernando was very kind and had great facts to tell us. So many great stops and the Mont Saint Michael is breathtaking!
We visited the sites as advertised and our guide Fernando gave us the history and background of the area. I knew it would be a long day of bus travel, but the bus was comfortable and clean with plenty of room. I slept a bit on the drives. The restroom breaks were timed appropriately. Antonio, our driver, was professional and courteous. All-in-all it was a great way to see these sites from Paris in one day.
The trip was longer than I expected. Combined 5 hours of touring and rest travel time. 15 hours is long time. I suggest more restroom stops. Waiting 2 1/2 hours is a bit long to use restroom. I loved all the locations. I’m really glad I booked this trip. I suggest using on board monitor and run videos on all visited locations. I want to help improve your tour. Sophisticated travelers need a better experience. I will recommend to others. Thank you.
That it is a FULL day - probably 15 hours. The guide was VERY good, but it was frustrating to have so little time at the stops. The drive back & forth is long that it takes up all of the time you wish you had to see the sights. The tour guide (Cristina) was excellent. There’s just no way around this problem unless you stay overnight.

What I loved: 1) Bus was not full. Made it very comfortable. 2) Guide was impeccable! Friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind. Perfect! 3) It's rare to be able to see both these monuments in a day. Loved it. 4) We didn't spend a whole lot of time in Normandy, but what we saw were the important places. 5) Mont St. Michele is incredible! Most people I know have never heard of it, but it's truly outstanding. What could be better: 1) Would have liked to have stopped at a cemetery. 2) A little more time to eat at the rest area.

The trip was too long. Although I knew it was close to an 18 hour day, it didn’t dawn on me that 15 hours of it was traveling. Was disappointing there were no souvenir shops available for the Omaha Beaches. As a veteran, my family & friends would like to have something. The trip to the Abby was shorter but again not enough time was allotted to shop after the visit. I felt like I was rushed and most of the shops were closed. Next time I plan to just go on my own and hopefully get to browse around longer. The staff was excellent. Fernando called out special interests points as we passed them as well as he sang for the group.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and transport was easy and smooth. For me this trip was too rushed. Only could spend 20 minutes at Omaha beach. Point du Huoc was closed due to d day celebration and tour agency had no idea. Instead had to go to the cemetery unexpectedly. St Michelle was then so rushed we could not even really see the abbey. Would have loved to spend more time. Beautiful area but unable to really appreciate it. Sad that I tried to cram too much into a day. I should’ve separated the trips and done them on different days.
