Superb wine tour, great vineyards and great company. I would thoroughly recommend this and it’s a great way to vary your trip to Florence.
Smaller group experience, with two very different and beautiful vineyards. Fantastic lunch and tons of wines to try at each location! Filippo was a great and knowledgable guide and the guides/owners at each vineyard were also great.
My wife and I traveled to Italy and took the tour of Tuscany for our honeymoon in 2012. With travel being limited in 2020, I wanted to order some special wine for our upcoming anniversary. Rebecca did not disappoint with the mystery box of wine. She fulfilled my special request of a special bottle from 2012. My bottle of balsamic was left out of the order by mistake. Rebecca and the shipper were quick to act and had it on my doorstep just a few days later. I really appreciated the amazing customer service. I will be ordering from her again. Alan Threadgill
Our first winery tour in Tuscany and it was awesome! Sister and I debated on what to do here since we just had one day and I’m glad we decided on this tour. Our tour guides Ilaria and Gabriele were so personable and funny, they made the tour fun but also informative. The three wineries we visited each had their own distinct personality from classical to modern. I have to say though that Fabian and Fabrizio, each at their own wineries, were superb— so passionate about what they do. The group itself was very manageable, 15 of us, and everyone had a good time. Plenty of wine to taste and beautiful scenery to take in. Grazie!!
We didn't really know what to expect but this was a great excursion. The team was really knowledgeable and the group size pretty small. The wineries we visited were as good as they were beautiful. Best of all, we got our shipments soon after we got home.
My wife and I went on this trip and had a great time. All three of the wineries were nice and the staff/owners were very accommodating. Our guide , named Ben was very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. I would wholly recommend this trip with Ben as the guide.
Ben was our tour guide. He was amazing, well spoken, and very knowledgeable. The wineries you visit each have their own personality. BEAUTIFUL landscapes, worth every penny. Do this tour!
Really,a terrific tour. But, we were not all able to enjoy it. We booked through Viator in August, two months ahead of our visit. Three of us were to be on the tour. A few days before we headed to Italy, we got word that one of us was dropped because the tour overbooked. Viator and Tuscany in a Bottle both pointed fingers at each other. Fearing we wouldn't find another tour, we kept the two spots. Really, we enjoyed it. But so disappointed Viator -- who we booked through -- didn't come through for us. So, be aware that even if you book two months in advance, you may get dropped at the last minute. I'll certainly think twice about using Viator again.
The tour was fun, delicious and informative. We sampled some wonderful local wines and experienced the beautiful landscapes away from the hustle bustle of Florence. Hillary was very knowledgeable and put a refreshing spin on information that could have been very dry (no pun intended). The tour ended in a wonderful and very tasty luncheon. iI would highly recommend.
We had a wonderful day Paulo our guide was great and we loved the three wineries. The last winery had a gorgeous lunch prepared. It was the highlight of our trip to Florence .
