it was a brilliant day with all the ziplines.the guides were amazing and fun. well recommended. paying for the photographer for all the photos and videos was worth it

Booked the extreme package with Click2GoThailand & had an absolute blast! I'm scared of heights so this was a real adrenaline rush. I was solo & put with a small friendly group. Was so impressed by the experience & efficiency of the instructors, their main priority was our safety & keeping us moving smoothly to avoid any queues. Flying over the jungle terrain was incredible & I'm glad I paid for the video & photos. I had my own transport & didn't opt for the buffet so can't comment on those. Highly recommend this activity to everyone!

I so disappointed in this company. We were to be picked up between 7:00 and 7:30. We called at 7:30 because we had not yet been picked up. And instead of sending a car for us they waited 45 minutes and then told us they couldn't do anything about it. If we wanted to reschedule we could, but of course we're leaving soon so we cannot. We ended up having to cancel. They couldn't find our reservation. They had put it at the wrong time. We were conversing with two different groups of people, both of whom did not talk to each other very well and had no idea what was happening.

Im not sure what went wrong, but we booked this tour months in advanced.. communication was great up until the day of pick up. They confirmed the night before that pick up would be 7-730am. We sat in lobby at 7:05am at 734am I reached out to them.. at 752am they called and said they couldn’t come pick us up. This has sort of ruined our day because 1 we got up extremely early for this, 2 we were super excited, 3 this is our last day in chiang mai.

Went for the Extreme package and had a great time with the Zipline of different lengths and scenic mountain view. The equipment is in good condition. Each batch (8-10 persons) is accompanied by two staff members. They are professional, entertaining and always ensure your safety. The driver providing pickup and drop off service is polite.
