Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
Si votre hôtel ne figure pas dans la liste, ce qui signifie que vous devez vous rendre à un point de rendez-vous spécial, veuillez nous indiquer dans quel hôtel allez-vous séjourner afin qu'un représentant de notre société puisse vous contacter pour vous indiquer le point de rendez-vous et l'heure de prise en charge. Ce service a deux horaires différents, le premier est pour une visite matinale et la prise en charge s'effectue à : ZONE CANCUN ET PLAYA DEL CARMEN entre 8h00 et 8h30, ZONE TULUM entre 7h00 et 8h00. Nous arriverons au parc à 9h30. La seconde est pour une visite à midi et la prise en charge s'effectue à : ZONE CANCUN ET PLAYA DEL CARMEN entre 12h00 et 12h30, ZONE TULUM entre 11h00 et 12h00. Nous arriverons au parc à 13h30. Les horaires varient selon l'hôtel, notre représentant vous indiquera l'heure exacte de prise en charge par mail ou par SMS. Pour les hôtels et airbnbs de Tulum, le point de rendez-vous spécial sera le supermarché Super Aki Tulum au centre-ville. Veuillez tenir compte des temps de transport pour votre prise en charge et votre retour.

- Il est recommandé d'apporter des vêtements de rechange, une serviette, des chaussures fermées, un maillot de bain, un écran solaire et un répulsif biodégradables, des lunettes de soleil et un bandana.
- Si vous sélectionnez une zone différente de celle dans laquelle se trouve votre hôtel, votre réservation doit être éditée avec la bonne zone (coût différent) via le moteur de réservation.
- Si quelqu'un vous propose un surclassement plus avant la date de votre voyage, veuillez contacter le service client.
- L'assurance VTT est incluse, vous n'avez pas besoin de payer de frais supplémentaires
- Seuls les adultes de 18 ans et plus peuvent conduire leur propre VTT. Les enfants (17 ans et moins) doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte.
- Poids maximum 220 livres pour l'équitation, 300 livres pour les VTT et 270 livres pour les tyroliennes
- Pour des raisons de sécurité, l'utilisation de téléphones portables n'est pas autorisée pendant les activités.

Mat was great. But the booking is confusing. I booked double with the higher package and still had to pay for drinks and food if I wanted. After they get you checked in. They try to sell you the vip for better food and more time in the cenote. It's all the same I wish I didn't pay for the vip it wasn't vip at all. There wasn't extra time and everything was rushed, I think because of the Super Bowl. The atv was rocky as f and I got whip lash from it. Zip line was great. Food was 1/10 the people made it fun

A must do in Cancun! The tacos were a 5/10 but everything else was perfect! I’ve never done any of the experiences and it was such an amazing time.

INCREDIBLE. Eric was the best tour guide !!!! Cenote was relaxing and the zip lining into it was thrilling. The surprise tequila tasting was awesome.

I got injured and was not able to attend the excursion. They asked me to show them pictures of my injury which I did. They said they would need to show my injury to their supervisor in order for me to get a refund and they were supposed to get back with me which they never did. It was very obvious from the pictures that I sent them that there was no way I could attend the excursion.
Thank you very much for your comment, just to clarify what really happened was the following, when a customer cancels due to a medical issue we always ask for medical proof, what the reservations department asked for was a photo of your medical prescription, not your injury, unfortunately, we never got the information, reason why we have not been able to start the investigation to help you with any partial refund. Good atv and ziplines, the kiteboard was a great zipline experience. The enhanced upgrade for private cenote and tacos was well worth it. If you are coming from tulum note that this is more like a full day experience not a half day

Riding the atv’s was both challenging and fun. The Zipline experience was a blast. The Cenote drop of 14 feet into very cold water was refreshing.

When I booked this excursion. It said start from 11am. Total approximately 4hours. But they picked us up at 11:45am. In the car for another 1hour 15. Then head to ATV and wait for another 40mins. Then do ATV,zipline and sink hole. After all that. Went back to the place and wait for 1 more hour for the bus to pick us up. Another 1hour 15mins drove back to hour hotel. So they dropped us off at 8pm!!!!!!! The cenote has no signal. We can’t call to cancel our dinner at 6:30pm The whole trip is more than 8hours!!!!!! This is ridiculous…. They want u to wait for others and ur wait time+ ur transportation is around 4hours. Keep it in mind that it’s not 4hours like advertising. Don’t book this excursion if u don’t have time or u have a another excursion. U will be late!!!!
