Le Palais Marshan est un palais du roi du Maroc situé dans le quartier Marshan de Tanger. Arrêtez-vous pour explorer l'architecture et l'art spectaculaires.
Le parc Perdicaris, également connu sous le nom de forêt de Rmilat et anciennement Villa Aidonia ou Place des Rossignols, est un parc public de 70 hectares situé dans le quartier de Rmilat à Tanger, au Maroc. Il est situé sur le versant nord de la colline de Jebel Kebir, face au détroit de Gibraltar, entre la réserve du cap Spartel à l'ouest et le palais royal de Jebel Kebir à l'est. Il porte le nom du notable gréco-américain Ion Hanford Perdicaris, qui l'a créé dans les années 1870 et y a été kidnappé lors de l'incident de Perdicaris au milieu de 1904. Ce parc est désormais prisé pour les pique-niques, les exercices physiques et la vue panoramique sur la mer depuis ses sentiers de randonnée vallonnés.
Le cap Spartel est un promontoire marocain situé à environ 1 000 pieds au-dessus du niveau de la mer, à l'entrée du détroit de Gibraltar, à 12 km à l'ouest de Tanger. C'est le point le plus au nord-ouest du continent africain.
Les grottes d'Hercule sont un complexe de grottes archéologiques. Grottes d'Hercule. La grotte a deux ouvertures, une vers la mer et une vers la terre. L'ouverture de la mer est connue sous le nom de « Carte de l'Afrique ». On pense que les Phéniciens ont créé l’ouverture de la mer, qui, vue de la mer, a la forme de l’Afrique.
Balade à dos de chameau sur la plage
Le Jardin de la Mendoubia est l'un des nombreux espaces verts de la ville de Tanger. Il est situé non loin de la place du 9 Avril 1947.
La Kasbah de Tanger est située dans la partie haute de la médina. Autrement dit, pour visiter la kasbah, il faut se diriger vers la médina, petit univers plein de vie, puis parcourir ses rues escarpées jusqu'à la partie la plus ancienne. L'ancienne citadelle date du Xe siècle environ et, bien qu'elle ait été progressivement modifiée, elle conserve encore suffisamment de ses caractéristiques d'origine pour vous transporter dans le temps.
Il s’agit du premier bien public américain à l’étranger et du seul monument historique national des États-Unis situé dans un pays étranger. La légation a été créée le 17 mai 1821 après des décennies de relations cordiales entre les États-Unis et le Maroc ; Le sultan Mohammed ben Abdallah avait publié une proclamation reconnaissant l'indépendance des États-Unis vis-à-vis de la Grande-Bretagne le 20 décembre 1777, faisant de sa nation la première à le faire.
La synagogue a été construite par Moshe Nahon, banquier et membre actif de la communauté juive de Tanger.

Rida was a wonderful engaging guide. Very knowledgeable listing facts and figures while also adding personal anecdotes and insider tips. He showed our group some of the classic and iconic sights as well as some less traveled spots gaining access to some sites and locations we wouldn’t have unless he was our guide. We had a two mad team guiding us. They worked well together and made sure everyone was well taken care of and all questions were answered. Fun and interesting for all.
Hamza took us around Tangier and we had a marvelous time. He shared the history and highlights of a wonderful city. Loved the camel ride along the beach!

Our guide was Mohammed, we couldn’t ask for a better tour guide. He knew everyone in the market, Hercules cave, the kasbah, and everyone other place we went too. He is very patient with kids and knowledgeable. Generally the right places to shop, the lunch is an Authentic Moroccan food dish which we loved, there are options for kids too. At the end of the tour you get treats for refreshments at the end of the market but very good.

First half of the tour the driver to the sights was terrific. He was informative, helpful and friendly. Second half, the walking through the Kasbah was disappointing and off putting. We are slow walkers and the young man was several yards ahead of us almost the whole time , on his phone or talking to a friend that was with him part of the time. Worse, we were steered to only two or three shops that this tour company owns or has some affiliation with. And the guide was upset when I did not want to sit through an argan oil spiel that I had absolutely no interest in. Very disappointed to not have a chance to poke around the many little stalls that we walked past in the long walk to the guide’s chosen places.
