Après avoir visité la place du Sénat, nous marcherons ensuite pour découvrir les symboles du pouvoir finlandais. Nous marcherons pour voir le palais présidentiel, la Cour suprême et l'hôtel de ville d'Helsinki.
Après avoir découvert le marché, nous nous dirigerons ensuite vers le parc Esplanadi, où vous découvrirez une nature magnifique, des spectacles musicaux et la riche histoire qui caractérise cet espace vert bien-aimé.
Notre voyage se poursuit jusqu'à la gare centrale d'Helsinki, où vous observerez les opérations quotidiennes des déplacements des Finlandais à travers le pays.
De là, nous visiterons la place des citoyens pour voir le bâtiment du Parlement et le centre de musique d'Helsinki, d'importance culturelle.
Nous terminerons la visite à la bibliothèque Oodi, une merveille architecturale contemporaine et un centre culturel qui sert tout le monde au quotidien.

We were disappointed by the guides commentary. The group was almost completely made up of Americans and the guide was American so his delivery and content was very much pitched to his fellow Americans. We would have much preferred a local Finnish guide to give a more accurate and personal description of living in Helsinki. Clearly there are no shortage of English speakers in Finland! We learnt far more about life n Helsinki from talking to Finnish waiting staff, hotel staff and other people we met. Disappointing!
We toured with Daniel and had an excellent and informative excursion. Daniel has an exceptional ability to walk backwards on cobblestone streets...that is to say, he is engaging and connected with his tour group the entire way. This tour hits a lot of major highlights, including 2 library experiences that were really cool. We covered a lot of ground in a short period of time! (Hello to Daniel's Mom!!)

Fantastic tour of Helsinki that really hits some key big sights to see. Daniel's love for Helsinki and it's history is obvious in his enthusiastic presentation. And the tour wrap up at Oodi is perfection - the in depth tour of the library was worth the price of admission alone! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get a quick but thorough exposure to Helsinki.
Good overview of Helsinki. Very useful if you have a short stay in the city. Tour moves at a good space.
Johnny was just excellent! He knew the answers to questions, he was very knowledgeable about all things Helsinki & Finland, that I inquired about.
Fun and educational. Great variety of places chosen for the tour and insight about Finnish language! I took my teenagers which are hard to impress and they looked interested.
Daniel was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable despite only being in Helsinki for a couple of years. Had we not done this walking tour we would not have found out about local restaurants etc - we would 100% recommend.
