- Landau ou poussette possible pour les bébés et enfants en bas âge
- Les enfants en bas âge doivent être assis sur les genoux d'un adulte
- Convient à toutes les conditions physiques
- Un accès en fauteuil roulant est disponible pour les activités du camp d'éléphants seulement. Le sentier de la jungle menant à la cascade n'est pas accessible en fauteuil roulant en raison du relief accidenté.
- Le sentier de la jungle jusqu'à la cascade nécessite une marche de 5 à 10 minutes sur un terrain accidenté et n'est pas recommandé aux voyageurs ayant des problèmes de mobilité.

The whole excursion was very personal and honest. We were lucky enough to be there alone, but it is also very pleasant for a group of max 12 people. The guide was really top-notch, as you could tell that the elephants are truly close to his heart and it is not classic mass tourism. The implementation of the entire tour with the interactive opportunities and explanations also made the whole thing very approachable and credible. We can recommend it unconditionally and with a clear conscience!
