La capacité des télécabines est de 6 adultes ou 8 avec des enfants confortablement assis. La durée de la visite est de 4 tours d’environ 12 minutes, de l’embarquement à la descente. I visited Cancun sky wheel in March 2026 and purchased the combo ticket from the Interactive Aquarium, which included unlimited entry to the aquarium, the dolphin show, and the Sky Wheel. I rode the Sky Wheel at night. You get three full rotations and can see Cancun’s night lights, but the view was only okay. The wheel stopped a few times during the ride, and overall it isn’t as impressive as attractions like the London Eye. I would rate it as average.
We decided to try the Sky Wheel after my sons saw it from our hotel pool. It was inexpensive but you only get 3 trips around. We went on a Sunday at 7pm and walked right on. Amazing views of Cancun from the sky wheel.
Clean cabin, amazing view of all Cancun ,with enough time to capture all views from and great customer service.
The experience took our breath away, the most beutiful of views u can see from on top. I would definitely recommend. The scenic view is capturing and the wheel stops at different locations in the air. So you can appreciate views at different levels. The wheel goes around more than one as well.
Total rip-off!!! You wait 15 minutes even though all cabins are free! Staff very very unfriendly! Why wait forever when everything is free? Employees sit around in the cabin themselves or are on their mobile phones when you get upset you get shown the middle finger! Absolute naughtiness!!!
Well worth the ride on the Wheel of Fortune. You can enjoy a magnificent view, day or night. And there aren't as many wheels of fortune in the world as this. I think only London's is bigger. Don't miss the opportunity.
¡hermosa vista! solo la organizacion era debil, nos dijeron que abririan en 5 minutos, pero esperamos mas de horas. también hubo un problema con la cabina VIP que ordenaron nuestros conocidos. Los fotógrafos, que nos vendieron las fotos después del final, se mostraron especialmente dispuestos a hacerlas antes de la cabalgata. beautiful view! only the organization was weak, we were told they would open in 5 minutes, but we waited more than hours. there was also a problem with the VIP-cabin that our acquaintances ordered. The photographers, who sold us the photos after the end, were especially willing to do them before the ride.
The cost of a Ferris wheel ride is very high compared to Germany. We got the right time, though - right at sunset. The view is quite beautiful, although it is much more beautiful from the Torre Escénica del Embarcadero de Cancún. There you have a beautiful view over the beach.
The cabin is refrigerated, and quite comfortable. There's six people inside, and she's moving slowly, making some stops for photos. The tour has a duration of 12 minutes/3 turns. Excellent! I'd do it again. I bought the ticket on time at the La Isla shop.

the view is spectacular, the cabins have air conditioning and they are spacious. it is only three laps but we enjoyed it. It's a little expensive
