Vous serez emmené dans les ruines mayas au pied de la plage pour vivre une expérience culturelle et en apprendre davantage sur la culture maya. Ce qui rend ces ruines uniques, c'est qu'elles sont situées juste à côté de la plage. Avant de quitter Tulum, nous vous emmènerons au magnifique monument de Mère Nature si disponible. Au cours de cette visite incroyable, vous visiterez le parc naturel de Casa Tortuga, le parc compte 4 cénotes uniques, 2 d'entre eux seront ouverts et 2 ressembleront à des cavernes. Vous profiterez d'une baignade fraîche et relaxante pour dissiper vos soucis. Après avoir visité les 4 cenotes, vous aurez 2 heures de temps libre pour choisir le cenote ouvert que vous aimez le plus pour continuer à nager. Après le parc, vous prendrez un délicieux repas dans un restaurant de cuisine régionale où vous choisirez 1 plat à déguster ! Le dernier arrêt sera à la Cinquième Avenue à Playa Del Carmen, c'est l'endroit le plus célèbre à visiter dans cette ville, plein de culture, de magasins, de restaurants, de boutiques de cadeaux et bien plus encore !

Point de rencontre de Cancún : - en face du hall de l'Oasis Smart sur l'avenue Tulum 2. Playa Del Carmen : -Cocobongo à Playa Del Carmen 3. Tulum -Il n'y a pas de prise en charge dans aucun hôtel ou Airbnb, le point de rendez-vous sera à la porte principale du marché Super Aki sur l'avenue fédérale. Si le client séjourne à Tulum ou après Playa Del Carmen, l'arrêt de la cinquième avenue sera sauté. Nous sommes libres d'attribuer n'importe quel point de rendez-vous pour tous les hôtels ou lieux que nous ne pouvons pas atteindre, nous pouvons attribuer des points de repère, des hôtels à proximité et des magasins, entre autres. L'heure de prise en charge est définie en fonction de votre emplacement, les voyageurs qui ne fournissent pas de lieu de prise en charge devront nous contacter dès que possible, sinon nous ne pourrons pas fournir le service.

I booked this tour thru Viator. We were staying on Isla Mujeres and needed to take a ferry to Cancun to do this tour. The agent thru Viator told me the Tour guide could pick us up at a hotel near the ferry dock at 7:30 am. After booking and paying $550, the tour operator called to verify pick up. He said he would pick us up at 6:50 am and at a totally different location. The ferry didn't leave Isla Mujeres until 6:30 so we would not make it to the pickup location on time. I called Aviator back and they refused to refund me. So I am out $550. Even though our conversation was recorded with there agent assuring me we would have time to take the ferry and be picked up by the tour operator. I would never recommend Viator to anyone. Very very disappointed!!!!

Viator agents sometimes are not aware of the exact information, so it's important to ask them to reach to the local supplier for propper answers We were never notified about your situation till the night before, we received it at the start of the day and had to make arrangements like prepaid food, transportation, entrances and taxes among other expenses We are truly sorry for your experience
Here are the negatives: van was 45 minutes late, van was small and cramped. We were seated at the back of the van and were generally uncomfortable. Our first stop was an art installation, which was cool, but completely unnecessary. It was just an Instagram photo op. Finally, lunch and dinner were included, but not good, and “dinner” was served at 2:30. The positives: the ruins at Tulum were beautiful and interesting. The Casa Tortuga cenotes were amazing. Your guide helped you through each cenote, there were lifeguards and paramedics on site. You can jump off a high platform into the two open cenotes, which my family loved. Both tour guides were wonderful and spoke English well and the coconut ice cream at Andrea’s was exceptional.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us There was a delay due to the traffic, sadly this is not something we can control The monument of Mother Nature is one of the highlights of the tour since most travelers wants to visit it and is advertised as part of the tour. Calling it "unnecessary" is a nuance There is no mention of any dinner being included in the tour, the only food included is the box lunch during the transportation and the lunch at the restaurant. There is no reason to complain of something that was not included since the beggining We are glad that you enjoyed the Tulum Ruins and the Casa Tortugas Cenotes It's important to read the description of the tour properly in order to avoid confusion or misunderstandings

The cenotes were the best part of the excursion along with the picture taking at the statue of Mother Nature, expect long lines but they move quickly since picture taking it’s a minute per person. Our tour guide should've given more information about the ruins and history and spoke a little louder with the information he was providing us. Overall, I.had a great time!

The Cenotes were the best part of the excursion, and I would've given it another star, but I felt that the tour guide needed to be more informative and speak louder on the ride throughout all the excursions.

We were in a small group (total 6 people) and were the first group of the day. No crowds, no rush and it was such good fun. Our guide Eric was funny, helpful, patient and informative. The 5 zip-lines (including one that goes into the water), rapelling into the cenote, swimming in the underground river, Mayan ceremony and lunch were all excellent.
