Profitez d'une expérience touristique alternative à Amsterdam lors de notre passionnante visite en vélo électrique. Suivez un guide professionnel à travers les canaux pittoresques et les rues pavées sinueuses de la ville pour découvrir une sélection éclectique de sites sans dépenser trop d'énergie :-) Au cours de cette fantastique visite en vélo électrique de 2,5 heures, nous traverserons le vieux centre-ville en direction de la rivière Amstel, où votre guide anglophone vous donnera un aperçu des bâtiments tordus, des canaux remplis de vélos et couvrira une partie de la riche histoire d'Amsterdam. Nous explorerons également le quartier unique du Jordaan (l'ancien quartier ouvrier de la ville) et verrons la zone portuaire de l'Est et le musée Scheepvaart avec sa réplique d'un navire des Indes néerlandaises. Comme cette visite se déroule sur un vélo électrique de luxe, vous n'aurez pas besoin de dépenser beaucoup d'énergie.

Nous ferons du vélo à travers le moins connu Prinseneilanden avec ses magnifiques entrepôts traditionnels et ses ponts-ponts en bois blancs
Nous naviguons dans le charmant quartier de Jordaan (le vieux quartier ouvrier de la ville)
nous nous arrêterons en face de la maison d'Anne Frank où le guide vous en dira un peu plus sur ce célèbre musée
Le guide s'arrêtera sur cette belle place tout en vous donnant une belle descente de la ceinture de canaux
Nous nous arrêtons sur le célèbre Magere Brug (le pont maigre). où nous allons couvrir une partie de l’histoire d’Amsterdam et découvrir les magnifiques péniches.
Si le temps le permet, nous passons devant le zoo et nous arrêtons au Entrepotdok où nous pourrons observer quelques animaux sauvages sur l’eau

Great overview of the city. Connie was nice, answered all our questions. She’d ask us where we wanted to go, which given we are tourists we didn’t know. She said that makes it tougher for her?!? Kind of odd as we are counting on her to know where to take us. Again nice lady and knows her stuff.

Connie asks because the E-Bike Tour, Amsterdam's Highlights and Hidden Gems is built to flex around what a group wants to see, though you are right that a first time visitor has no way of answering that. I have asked our guides to lead with a suggested route and offer the choice second. Glad her knowledge and the overview of the city landed well. Very good tour around Amsterdam! Saw some nice neighborhoods outside central tourist area. Highly recommend. Do not recommend for smaller children as bike traffic is quite dangerous!

It was really great, and Connie was very knowledgeable. She encouraged questions and asked for personal wishes at the start, so that she could make it a more personal tour. She stopped twice during the tour so that we could see these 'special' places. What spoilt it a bit was that some participants struggled to cycle, and Connie tried to offer them the chance to cancel if they felt unsafe. However, the husbands of both couples declined. Sadly, both ladies of the couples fell at least once off the bike. Connie also provided some hints on where and what to eat if we are looking for a good place. She enquired about if anyone wants to look at a museum and then she was able to provide some great hints on how to visit it. (Thanks for the hints at the Rijksmuseum.)
Thank you for this. Connie shaping the tour around the group's wishes is exactly how we want every ride to run. On the cycling comfort point, you saw Connie do the right thing, our guides check in with riders and offer alternatives when someone doesn't feel safe. Amsterdam cycling isn't for everyone and we'd always rather someone switches to a different plan than has a bad day on the bike. Glad the tour delivered for you, and thanks for the honest write-up. We absolutely loved this tour with Simon. He was incredibly knowledgeable and covered a lot of ground, not only on the e-bikes but through the history and cultural aspects of the city. Would absolutely recommend this tour and Simon as your guide. Loved this!

Just a great way to learn about Amsterdam and get some fresh air and sunshine. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and our guide Stephane was the best. He made sure we were all always accounted for and safe on the paths. Took lots of breaks to tell us about the city and take photos. Just really fun!!
We really enjoyed our bike riding tour around the city. We got to see a lot of major areas before starting all the travel for the week. Sierra was a fantastic guide. She knew a lot about Amsterdam and made each stop educational in a fun way.

It was a wonderful way to see the city and sights of Amsterdam. I went Sunday morning (which I think was the best day) as it wasn’t too crowded. Obviously, it rained, but it had its moments it let up. I booked an e-bike, but I’d suggest you make sure you are actually on an e-bike and confirm multiple times if that’s what you are booking.
Guide Conny is a gem! She kept the group moving and has so many great stories and insights for each pause during the ride. A unique way to tour the city but as many have said, cycling in the city center is not for the faint of heart.. I had booked an e-bike tour (I ride one at home) and I was the only ebike rider, so I was a bit surprised by this and thought maybe it would have been a tour further out; but the bike was great and responsive so I was glad I had an e-bike, although I don’t think it others felt at a disadvantage, except on the few uphill turns and quick starts ;)…. I’m Boomer aged so I loved it. Have already recommended this tour to a friend. Thanks for a fun day Conny!
